The car I've been waiting for

Moon roof, upgraded sound, navigation, leather heated seats and good gas mileage for an SUV. Everything I wanted in a car and more. I am a happy customer.

Happy with the purchase

Recently purchased and I’ve been very happy with the vehicle. Reliable, a little noisy on the transmission but that’s if I have to choose something. Car had low miles and drives like its brand new.

Nothing but trouble

The engine started to go at around 17,000 km. Was replaced at 22,000km. now the transmission is not shifting properly and I am pretty sure I am smelling exhaust entering the cabin.

My second escape. Love the gas mileage and room.

This is my second escape, I love the room practicality and mileage from these cars. These cars are practically drive and service. Super reliable and stylish.

1.5 EcoBoost cracked block

Bought this 2018 Escape SE AWD because dealer took a 2014 Ford Focus on trade, after being unable to sell (get rid of) the Focus with only 66,000 km with the crappy, troublesome dual clutch transmission. Presently, the 2018 Ford Escape SE AWD 1.5 EcoBoost with 56,000 km (35,000 miles) has been diagnosed with a cracked engine block. The car dealer has been fantastic (Fourlane Ford, Innisfail, Alberta). The Escape is going in next week to have a new short block engine replaced. That is a two to three day turnaround, which is very acceptable. A loaner car will be provided. Hopefully, the new short block will last longer than the original one. Coolant consumption with the original engine started from new. Fourlane Ford has worked with me to get the engine issue resolved. I can honestly say that Fourlane Ford and Ford have, so far, done an outstanding job in resolving this problem. Kudos also to Fourlane Ford parts and service departments. Excellent, caring staff.

Perfect car for my husband and I.

This car meets all of my needs. I did it want a car because I did t want to sit low to the ground. I also wanted a lot of space for myself and other passengers and this vehicle fulfills that.

This is my 3rd Escape and I love them.

The Escape meets my needs. Only thing I dont care for is, the tail gate where it closes does not get clean when washed on this year.

Chose for comfort, safety, design

This car is still new to me but has all the features, and more, that I as a 70 yr old female driver was looking for, comfort, safety, good interior design with lots of cargo space. This compared favorably against similar, more expensive cars .

Worst car ever!!!!

Had to have a new small block out in at 20000 miles picked it up after a month and half to be able to drive it for 1.5 days for it to die in the middle of the road!!! Would not recommended this car to anyone!!!
