Glad to have a 4x4 again.

Wanted a 4x4 again. Escape was just the right size SUV for me. Owned an ?03 before and wasn?t sure I would like the newer design. But it?s beautiful inside and out.

Good car but doesn't hold a candle to my 2011

This one has yet to be tested like my 2011 one. I lived everything about that one. This one the s model is very basic and over priced for lack of features.

Great car. Suits me perfectly

After driving the same car for 8 years it was time to get a new car. I decided to get the 2018 Ford Escape SEL. It is a great car, I am higher of the ground, it is roomy and gas mileage is good. Great new car, and I enjoy driving it.

Great SUV in its class

We bought the Ford Escape SEL for my wife as her winter vehicle and for us to drive to the lake in the summer. We test drove several brands before deciding on the Escape. I was originally looking at the Edge, but it's far more than we need. We feel we got an awesome price on this unit. Love the leather seats, and there is very little in the way of blind spots. Very easy to get in and out of the SUV. The touch-screen is in an awkward spot...I accidentally switched on the hazard lights one time when I went to select a radio station. It's a fun little vehicle to drive. It is equipped with the 1.5L engine, it's a bit on the sluggish side. Perhaps the 2.0L would be better, but that seems to be available in the Titanium edition, which we did not need. Heated steering would have been nice in the SEL trim. Overall we are very, very happy with our purchase. I anticipate the AWD option will be very helpful come winter here in Alberta, Canada!

Loved it so much...I bought a second one!

I drove in for service repairs in a 2014 Ford Escape and drove out with a brand new 2018 Ford Escape. It certainly wasn't my plain to purchase a new car Monday morning on my way to work but things quickly changed after having car issues and finding out I needed a new transmission. I loved my first one (Smokie) so much, I bought a second one and wanted the exact same color. Now I just have to come up with a name for the new one. :)

I enjoy that this is a smart car.

The warnings it provides, automatic windshield wipers, easy trunk opening, comfort and space is very nice. Mirrors tell you how close or if a vehicle is near. Kicking my foot opens trunk. Automatic start by key and phone.

Everything I wanted

Spacious, sporty, reliable, all wheel drive, great handling, modern interior, touch screen radio/GPS. The only thing I don't like is the gas tank opening is on the passenger side.
