this truck had met all of our needs its held up over the years plenty leg room can't beat this ole truck

This truck is awesome, I have had very little issues with it. It is a very hard working truck. It has 230,000 miles on it and the motor and transmission are still very strong on it. I would recommend this type of truck for anyone who is driving long distance or using this truck for working, very comfortable ride and good for hauling. It has held up to my expectations very well.

I have a 7700 series F150, which is a light duty 250 with a 150 body. Ive hauled so much weight in the bed, between scrap, yards of river rock, chunks of concrete, dirt, etc and it handled like a champ and asked for more.

This truck was everything i was looking for and then some.I was originally looking at trucks with a standard cab.But after looking at the truck shown to me by Jason I was sold.It has everything i needed and then some

Very comfortable and reliable truck. I bought it used and it has been a fantastic truck to haul people and cargo.

I have had my 02 Ford supercrew 5.4 liter for 8 yrs now. It has been a great truck for me and my family. I am now at 143000 and have only replaced battery and coil packs, that's not bad for as many miles as it has. I would recommend a ford to any one.

I am a master experienced mechanic so my opinion matters I just purchased a 2002 ford crew cab. Great driver and comfortable! Not sure about these 4.6 V8 engines, but this one has 180k on it and runs quiet and uses no oil, so that speaks for GOOD. I know this review does not pertain to Dodge but it also speaks for quality. I own a 98 dodge ram extended cab and the inside is much more ROOMY and has a much stronger suspension and larger seats! And the Dodge is less costly to repair. I would suggest a person buy a 2002 f150 but you had better make sure that engine is good because these engines use aluminum and have WAY TOO much unnecessary engine electronics. I hope I was helpful. I will say I think the appearance of the 02 f150 is the best looking. But I can already tell I am going to have to BABY the Ford more than the Dodge truck

2002 F-150 crew cab lariat blew out 3 plugs and and went through 4 coils with only 90k miles. I take extremely good care of my vehicles and the 5.4L engine is a design flaw that Ford knew about but let us consumers take care of when it goes bad. The vehicle is out of warranty so Ford would not do anything about it, this costed me 3 grand and i am now looking for a dodge or chevy. I have spread the word to all my friends and family and they are in agreement with me and have since got rid of all the ford products they own, refusing to but Ford motor co. again. Do your homework if you plan to buy and junk from ford. ( this is my opinion and i am just stating the facts)

I searched every day for a couple of months on cars.com until I found the truck i was looking for. I contacted the owner and purchased the truck the very next day. Overall it was a great experience and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend cars.com
