2017 Ford Flex consumer reviews

So Far so good. We are enjoying it. Plenty of room, nice and comfortable, handles well. Has all the bells and whistles we'll ever need. Looking forward to taking a long trip with it.

This car lived up to all the reviews we have read. We choose a plain Jane model. Didn't wont all the bells and whistles. Did have heated seats installed. GREAT gas mileage for a large car.

Bought a larger car to fit the whole family. The ride is amazing, and more than enough room for the whole family. The Ecoboost and all wheel drive make this a pleasure to drive.

Wife wanted a new minivan. Luckily I found this Ford Flex that had all the safety options we wanted. It is a 2017 Flex Limited with additional safety options. I love the look of the Flex. Always have. This one is 'White Gold Metalic' and looks great. The interior is simply amazing on the Flex Limited. 3 rows and they are all comfortable. The third row is obviously a little less easy to get into, but press a button and the second row seat folds up for you and out of the way. This Flex Limited has the upgraded Sony sound system which is quite amazing. Loud when you want it to be. Boomy when you want it to be. Crystal clear and really no possible complaints. We did not get the sunroof, but there are so many windows that you won't miss it. The stock backup camera is great with the backup sensors and blind spot monitoring. We have the optional front sensors and adaptive cruise control as well. The "Tailgate mode" for the third row sounds really cool. You press a button and the seats flip back so you can sit in them facing out the back of the car when you tailgate at a ballgame. But, due to the height of the chairs when you flip them it really isn't useful for anybody taller than 5'3. When seated normally the rear seats are far more accomodating, but the height of the roof line when facing rearward in tailgate mode limits the visibility for anybody taller. I have no knowledge of reliability yet as we just got it, but I have no reason to believe there will be any issues.

This is a very poor ride considering the size,The cargo area and third seat is very good,Reliability falls short for what you pay for.

This vehicle is like riding in a limo! There is a lot of leg room in the back seat and the third row seating is actually somewhere you can sit and travel! It's not just for little kids. There is still room behind the third row seating to stow luggage, etc. if you are traveling. This is our second Flex, our first one purchased in 2011. Some people wonder why we need all this room, since it's just the two of us now, but we do have two grandchildren and love to travel as a family all together so the Flex is wonderful for that!

We were former Ford owners years ago and switched to other makes because of Ford's lack of comfort, performance and reliability in a true family vehicle. What a shock when we drove the Flex! It's as if Ford read our minds and addressed every issue. The Flex is the perfect vehicle with forward thinking style, wonderfully planned interior, comfort beyond belief and safety features found only in more expensive makes. Thank you, Ford, for bringing us home! Make the Flex a permanent part of your lineup!

We really Like the vehicle. Just wish it had Xm radio. We are glad that we can use the USB connection to listen to the xm radio from our phones. It?s a nice size vehicle, four door. It gets really great mileage, since my husband has a long commute that is a good thing!

I drove a minivan before this car and was not wanting to buy another van. I seen that the flex seated 7 and that was perfect for our family. I went to dealership and test drove the flex and I was hooked. I love this vehicle. It is roomy has lots of power and loops 100% cooler than a minivan.
