2018 Ford Flex consumer reviews

It is wonderful. I love the exterior and the seats in the front, as they are comfortable and you can either warm them or cool them. I also love the heated steering wheel. I know that Ford has one of the best engines on the road, and that my previous Ford did justice to the name.

Traded a Land Rover LR2 for a 2018 Ford Flex. Opted for the appearance package as well as navigation, blind spot notice, etc. Attracted to the boxy look which has all but disappeared with all SUV's looking alike. Liked the LR2 but interior was very small. Also, wanted a naturally aspirated engine without turbo charger which, when they go out, amounts to a large repair bill. Utility of this vehicle is great. Only miss in my opinion is the comfortability of the seats. Would like them to be more supportive. Also, wish they were more available with AWD which comes in handy at times. With this said, after 7000 miles, still liking the ride. Generally, unless you go with the Limited edition, AWD is hard to come by, especially in the south. Performance is good but not great, although adequate for a 6 cylinder, non-turbo. Reliability will be judged down the road.

good ford quality, tight nothing rattles, extremely fast for a car this size with the twin turbos, reliable and comfortable. I drive this car on 1500 mile trips three times a year ....that is three 8 hour days and my back or butt never suffers, excellent big buckets. I wish they were building this car beyond 2018 because I would buy another.

This is the perfect vehicle for transporting group of 6-7 people. Don't shop without giving the Ford Flex a look. The Flex offers a great value for your auto investment. Glad we bought this car.

Lots of space, roomy 2nd row and comfortable 3rd row. Handles great in snow or bad weather. Great style in a functioning family vehicle. Highly recommend.

The room in this car is great. The doors are big, which helps getting in and out of. Really rides and handles great. The performance is good also. Really like the all wheel drive. Love the power lift gate.

This is a great family car. My teenage boys rides comfortably in the third row (hes 5'7 180 lbs). The fuel mileage isnt great but its not horrible for the amount of power and the size of the car.

We like the unique exterior styling and its "flex"ible seating and cargo capacity. It does not sit too high or too low. Perfect entry and exit for passengers of all ages! Incredibly reliable. Our 2011 Flex has over 150,000 miles with only regular fluid changes. Plenty comfortable and great vantage points to see America. We travel a lot and the highway gas mileage is quite good for a seven passenger SUV, always 26-28 mpg. Plenty of power and torque. Highly Recommended...

Car is great. It is my 4th Flex . Hope Ford continues to make them. Sunroof, awd, leather seats and the technology is great!

Still pretty new and breaking it in... Comfortable, stylish, high-tech, performs well, fun to drive! Get one before they stop building in 2020...
