Love the features
This is an roomy, seven-passenger car that is easy to get in and out of. It has adjustable pedals which are important for me since I am short. It is easy to drive and parallel park and with all-wheel drive it handles well in the snow. My only regret is they are no longer making this model.

Very disappointed
We purchased a 2019 Ford Flex limited used Was late & salesman would not let us go & trying for us to purchase. We are seniors & felt pressure to purchase & trusted both dealer & salesman. We trusted the car was in good shape. Mechanically it is but we never saw how bad the interior was and paint. Ret military & a senior I feel I was taken advantage. Do not purchase from this dealership. Paid $25K for a car that’s in bad shape. My fault for trusting them, I am old & should have known better.

Love it!
This vehicle is gorgeous with so many options I can't really use them all. It is very roomy. The seats go up and down which helps with the tall people. It's very comfortable and rides like a dream. So very sad Ford stopped making the Flex!

I love this car & want another!
I have no idea why Ford stopped making this car! I've put a lot of travel miles on my 2010 that I bought in 2013 and have had no problems with it at all. I plan to get another just to have a more current vehicle, but there is nothing wrong with the one I have. It commutes well and rides great on highway trips, lots of room, and has served me well at Lowe's to carry mulch, soil, lumber, and my 170lb dog! I did a lot of research on suvs, headspace, cargo capacity, fold down seats, gas mileage, price, and this car surpassed all those I checked out. I've even napped in it during a hurricane with the A/C and radio on, while charging my phone while my home power was out! I guess when I finally get a 2019 that will be the last Flex I'll have unless Ford decides to make them again. I'm not sure why they wouldn't!

Down sized
I like the style etc. of the Flex but I do have two things that are really difficult for me to adjust to going from an Excursion to the Flex. 1st the storage for odds and ends is not there and 2nd the gas tank of 18.6 gals is quite a difference from 44 gals. Quite an adjustment but it will improve for me as time goes by.

Very good car.
I bought my car from Tom Ford in Indianapolis. I live in Evansville Indiana. They brought the car to me. The car came in with one key, small rip in the driver seat. Noise from under the hood when the air conditioner is on but when air is off you still can hear the noice. This car was supposed to be a memo car so when I call our sales man, he said you bought a used car!!!!!

Great vehicle for a taller person 6’3”
Great vehicle for a hockey dad. Rides very smooth. A big chassis. I would recommend getting a Flex since Ford stopped making them. A heavy and safe feeling vehicle. High end amenities very comfortable for all passengers

I’m pleased with it.
Prior to owning my current Fiesta Ford, I have owned a Toyota Camry, Corollas, and a Chevrolet Nova for my first car. I took a chance on buying a Ford. I’m pleased that I did choose it and did purchase it.
