I'd been looking for a tbird for some time 31k miles looks and drives like a new car, fun is back in driving. I wish I'd have bought one years ago.

Love my Torch Red Anniversary Bird..I bought it a month ago and drove it home to AZ from San Diego..great ride...One owner well maintained...new bridge stones on it. I added Crome hood scoop,rear chrome band for hard top and new custom mats...I owned a 50th Anniversary Vette and this is right up there with it. It’s a head turner and has giddy up...took me 6 months to find one after 7 in line but got the one i wanted! 2 coats of mothers wax and it like a narrow finish...

This Thunderbird is an American icon with great performance for touring. I have owned my 2005 50th anniversary car from new. It has only 14,000 miles from long drives. Just replaced the tires for safety reasons only and had to top up the air conditioning coolant. Tires were 15 yrs old. Passed the safety check.

America’s love affair with the T-Bird is alive and well. I feel like a movie star wherever I go in this car. People stop and stare in amazement when I drive around with the top off. It’s a classy car that gets you noticed. Cruising down the road in my T-Bird is like heaven. It’s been fun!

I purchased my 2005 T-Bird two months ago with 75k miles, and is it ever a pleasure to drive. Make no mistake, this is a personal luxury car. It is not a sports car, and It is not a family car. It is very comfortable to drive, has great pick up but handles more like a luxury car, not a sports car. The criticism you read about these cars always comes back to someone complaining about the lack of interior space - you want space, get a SUV. Some complain about it not handling like a sports car - that is because it is not a sports car, and Ford never intended it to be a sports car. You want a sports car buy a Porsche or a Vette, and pay the high costs of maintenance. So far as styling - nothing, even a Vette or a Porsche can compare - nothing even looks remotely like it, and at 14 years old, it still draws looks and comments every where I go. Living in Miami, lots of Porsches, and Corvettes around , that do not even raise an eyebrow when they go by, but my T-Bird almost always draws attention. It has been very reliable and with regular maintenance, I am sure that it will last for many more enjoyable miles. The only thing that I would have liked to see, is a little more detail on the interior that is T-Bird specific. I am not complaining and some people comment on the T-bird interior being very much like the Lincoln LS. It made sense for Ford to do this from a cost effectiveness point of view, but even just adding things like little T-birds on the instrument panel would have been a nice touch, but with the excellent attention on the exterior styling that Ford did, it more than makes up for the few additional interior touches that would have been nice. If you are thinking about getting one, if you find the one that speaks to you, do it, you will not regret it.

This car meets all my needs. V8 power. Smooth ride. Plenty of leg and head room for a two seater. Other two seater sports cars I’ve driven didn’t have the room this vehicle has.

This is how driving was meant to be experienced. It has a beautiful drive, handles remarkably well and has a powerful engine. It’s just plain fun.

Out of 3, one really good '05(54,000 mi.), One troublesome pain '04(34,500), and a really good so far '05(25,000). Found the '05's to be more comfortable for some reason and seem to run better. The '04 was not taken care well and was haunted by coil problems, dry start chatter etc. Sold it and lost a bundle but bought another 05 anyway. Think this is a keeper.

Although this car was built in 2005, it looks just as stylish and modern as it did when it was new. The timeless design and unique style make it stand out from today’s common cars. The 11th generation Thunderbird is a modern classic that gets noticed wherever it goes. Everyone admires it and all are surprised to learn that it's not new.

Exceptional ride and room. This is a luxury personal crusing car. More power than you need. It is very responsive. Fun to drive. I always receive positive responses from people of all ages. People always have a smile on their face when they spot this unique auto. Very reliable and safe. One of the best autos that I have owned.
