This van has been the most cost effective

For it's size, it's incredible for hauling items you may have thought were too big for most vehicles. Also comfortable on long trips with great gas mileage. as well.

Entirely Reliable with Multiple Uses.

Hauling all the gear you can imagine for a family trip or camping, or just a great gas saving commuter that seats 5...this is a great all-around low-cost vehicle to own. The high seating position was good for my back, and excellent visibility.

The most reliable vehicle I ever owned

I love this 2012 Ford Transit Connect van. I love the height high top. I use it as a camper. It fits a queen 4inch foam mattress and I tuck necessities by wheelwalls. Has a nice compartment above by windshield.

Dependable Work Van

The Ford Transit is fuel efficient and dependable. They have adequate interior space and have the ability to transport a 28 Ft Fiberglass ladder. Some Transits have bins, compartments, and other secured carry areas. My van had all three and this made it great for organization.

Seems to be very good.

I just bought this 2012 transit connect with 97,000 miles on it and so far so good I've had the car for about a month and it seems to be okay little vibration problem but when I had the oil changed that stop the vibration problem I haven't owned it very long so I have no complaints yet but so far so good I like the vehicle I like how you can open all the doors and have lots of room.

xxxx poor design

No side door windows "can't see anyone approaching from right when backing up," keyed hood latch "if it malfunctions you can't open hood, muffler rusted out, body starting to rust, paint on front bumper flaking off.

Nice design, questionable value

Purchased two as a delivery vans. after 50,000 miles, both developed electrical problems with turn signals and power locks. Sliding doors on both are rough and noisy. Also, the shifter on one detached from its base. Overall, I found this model very comfortable to drive. Headroom and cargo space are great. But as a work vehicle, the irritating electrical problems make it a problematic choice.

A good work vehicle

The van is a good work truck. It is reliable with good mileage. With it's 4 cylinder engine it is not very powerful but this is not what is required for a local delivery vehicle. We have not had any major problems at all and this is why we purchased the newer, longer version of this model

Very smooth ride and great visibility

Great car and drives like a charm. Coming from a Nissan NV200 is a step up. Sit lower, better viewing and very spacious. The only downside of the transit connect is the stereo, very hard to connect to phone and not always works.
