Love My Honda Element

I enjoyed my previous Honda Element (2003) so much, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the 2011 when it was traded at my local Honda Dealership! the first thing everyone always says when they get in the car the first time is "I can't believe how much room is non this car". My 03 had over 226k miles on it and I had never had to spend any money on repairs. I'm confident in the Honda brand. If you keep these little superstars well maintained, you can drive them forever. The only negative is the 21/25 mpg. It's the tradeoff for the all-wheel-drive I guess.

Best value ever !!!

Honda never marketed the Element properly. The most versatile vehicle on the road. I could carry 14' boards to job site. It would carry a 4'x8' sheet of plywood. No carpet means no worries. For what it was, it was the best vehicle I've ever owned. I'm 71 and that's a whole bunch of vehicles :-)

Single-Handed the Greatest Car I ever owned.

I owned this car for 6 years and the transmission and other parts prematurely died at 91,600 miles. There were repairs that would have cost about 8k over 2 years so I traded it in. BIG MISTAKE. The car was VERY comfortable and so enjoyable to drive. You could modify it too, but it was the kind of car you would love to just take out just to drive. It was THAT fun. Honda NEEDS to bring it back. I'd be FIRST IN LINE to buy it again.

Best Car Ever

I've owned 2 looking for my third. This vehicle full fills so many needs. Pretty good on gas. Handles very well. Very peppy. Great radio/sound system. I'm tall, fits me well. Driven on several cross country trips. Had both AWD and 2 wheel. Prefer the AWD. Honda should revamp the HR-V to be more Element like.

My favorite car ever!

This is Element number two for me. The first was a 2004, which had over 247,000 miles when I recently replaced it with this 2011 model. It's got quirky styling, unparalleled utility, and Honda reliability. What more could you ask for?

The Honda Element is my go to automobile!

I have fallen in love with the Honda Element as has my family. We own 4 of them, a 2006, 2010 and 2- 2011's. The car has always been reliable and offers the versatility we need to be able to haul stuff with our car, but also sit 4 adults in a relaxing position with lots of leg room front and back. This is the must have vehicle for us, and Honda needs to junk the HR-V and bring back the Element.

Best Car Ever!

This is my second Honda Element and it is in great condition. I bought the first (2003) and the last (2011) Elements Honda has made. Love this car! Would buy another if I could find an AWD Honda Element 2011 in good shape!

Honda Elements are Elemental

This is a car. Not a flashy statement piece, not an accessory, a car. If you want something fashionable get something else. BUT if you want something easy to drive, reliable, super easy to clean, and safe for children (2 legged and 4 legged with fur) look no further. If you carry heavy loads or like to hang out in nature, this is your new best friend. I wish they'd kept making this model, and aparently so do a lot of other people - just look at the resale value of this thing!

Honda Element LX

We have had the Element for about a month. The more we drive it, the more we like it. I drives like a small truck, but that's more or less what it is. Smooth ride on the highway, good acceleration and braking. This isn't a Lexus, so don't expect that. It has excellent storage capacity and that was our goal. Obviously, it holds its resale value because there is little bargaining on price.
