2017 Honda HR-V consumer reviews

The EX interior what should be LX interior, the LX model I was about to buy has disappointed me with interior so much that I opted to pay for EX. I don't understand what kind of a idiot thought of putting cloth on the inside door panels. I am still so annoyed by it. The ride is pretty rough unless the road is perfectly smooth. Good gas milage. And I only hope that it lasts as Hondas usually do. Otherwise I have to say, I am pretty disappointed with the car for the price. It should sell for 17K out the door. I expected much better from honda. Had to buy in a pinch, didn't have time find a better match for me.

Fell in love with the car as soon as I drove it. It has all the features you need and more. I would recommend it to everyone.

Love, love, love it. We loved our fit but decided this time we would go a little bigger. This car has everything and more then we wanted. I have never been one to care much about all the bells and whistles but am so glad we did this time. Still discovering all it has to offer. Our dealer has been great. Told us if there was anything we needed help with to stop by or call. So far we are doing great. We had our other car 8 years and will probably have this one longer.

I have been researching small SUVs for months looking for smooth handling, a roomy cargo area and decent MPG. The H-RV was hands down the best vehicle for a combo of the three. I got an AWD H-RV EX. The only thing I don't absolutely love is the interior styling--fabric panels on the doors, lack of storage compartments other than the glove compartment, and the weird extra-deep drink holders that are located too far back in the console. Hopefully Honda will fix those things for future models.

I have been looking at cars since graduating college back in December. I work for an advertising agency and have been assigned the Honda account. I started looking at the various Honda SUV's - the FIT, HR-V & CR-V. The FIT was too small and underpowered. The CR-V was just outside of my budget. The HR-V turns out to be just right for all of my needs and price range. I'm tickled "pink."

Beautiful inside and out! I love the sensor that unlocks the door when you get close to it with the key! It's great for entering in the dark or rain!

Awesome. I really like it. Been driving honda's for fifteen years. This Hr-v has plenty room. Very comfortable, cheap on gas and the list goes on.

Can't believe how roomy this car is on the inside! Plenty of room in the back seat as well. Only caveat is the head room if you are a taller person. The moon roof lowers the ceiling quite a bit - but this is easily remedied by tilting the seat back a notch or two. It rides nicely and handles well on the road. I love the sleek appearance of the car, and it doesn't take up much room in the garage!

I wanted a smaller SUV with same quality as the CRV so I found it in the HRV. It drives great with all the technology, heated seats etc. Great value for price.

I wanted a smaller SUV and this fits the bill. Easy to handle, good gas mileage, responsive, and surprisingly roomy. Plus it looks cool!!!
