2018 Honda Pilot consumer reviews

The Honda Pilot is an amazing SUV. It has all the power and versitily of a truck but rides like a luxury car! Plenty of room for the children and the dogs. This is my second Honda Pilot, I traded my first one in when it was 8 years old and it was still like a new car! Never needed any work other than maintenance and oil changes!

I thought my last Pilot was the best car I've ever owned, but this one is even better! The last one, when we traded it in, was 11 years old, with more than 150,000 miles on it.

I just recently bought a 2018 Honda Pilot Touring. After 2 weeks of driving the car. The AC suddenly stopped working. Brought it back to Honda and they said the electrical for the airconditioning is connected to the tail gait which had a problem connecting. Then after 3 weeks from the time Honda fixed the airconditioning the car doesn?t start. It gave me multiple warnings on the screen that the system is in failure.

I think it's a good car. comfortable and economical to be a V6.It handles very well and has everything you need. I recommend it ?

The 2018 Pilot is the worst ride ever. Terrible loud road noise on any uneven road, including small road irregularities. Sounds like metal hitting a steel drum. Suspension is way too stiff. Very bouncy ride. I have owned 4 other new SUV's and 4 pick up trucks and they had zero noise or road problems. I read other owners have same problems. Poor phone assist program. Loud vibrating air noise if you open windows. Water drips in thru open windows after it rains or from any water on the roof. It has a great a/c blower, the only plus I have noticed. And one of my biggest complaints- you can't get or select the options you want. You are stuck with what they have, which is not satisfactory. My last vehicle was a Honda Accord which was a great car. Very disappointed with the Pilot. So far zero help from the dealer on the road noise issue.

The car has plenty of space for our kids and their friends. The ride is very comfortable and I like the front drivers side and passenger side comfort. the armrest is adjustable to any height needed.

The third row seat is really not usable for all passengers. The legs space is not good for an adult, it is two shallow. It drives and rides wonderful.

Was searching for a mid-sized SUV and found the perfect one. It drives smooth and has good power. The third row of seats easily fold down. Great gas mileage!

The Honda Pilot EX-L is a great suv vehicle. Plenty of room for 8 people. Even larger ones can fit in the 3rd row. Tow hitch is unfortunately an add on as well as Honda Sensing which it only available on Elite and Touring edition. (2019 Honda Pilot Honda sensing is standard in all models.)

I like the ECON option. It gets better mileage than my previous 4-cylinder and it's an AWD V-6. It has room for carseat and 2 adults to be comfortable in the back plus a third row.
