2023 Hyundai PALISADE consumer reviews

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

This is by far the best car I've ever owned. The steering is responsive. The engine is fairly quiet. It has very good "passing gear" ability. Its a three row suv with heated first through third row and ventilated first and second row. Adaptive and Smart cruise control as well as many more features. We'll worth the buy. Go with the Caligraphy trim.

I’ve been a Honda man since 1984, but after comparing pretty much every 3 row SUV on the market, I went with the 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. It’s the most feature packed for your money and they are reliable. If your need a highway car, this is the one. Had it 10 months and have already been on 3 long distance trips. It rides smoothly, has plenty of power, is quieter than my old Honda Odyssey and is a joy to travel in. Don’t let some of the negative comments from people still living in 1986 dissuade you. I did plenty of research. This is a great vehicle. Most people with these types of vehicle never ever go off road, but if you do, maybe a Jeep is for you. If you want to pretend you are in a rally race, get a Porsche truck. I have my Honda S2000 for that. But if you want a great SUV that can actually carry people on all 3 rows in comfort, the Palisade is the one. The lane keep, smart cruise control, auto high beam, auto wipers, massaging drivers seat and other goodies lets you drive in comfort for hours. Every model comes standard with a 12.3” infotainment screen, navigation, apple car play and a host of stuff. You don’t have to move up a model for all that. 3 years free maintenance is great, along with the longest warranty in the business. You also hear a lot of negative stuff about the dealerships. I went online on Sunday evening before the forth of July and got an appointment for the next day, July 3rd. I dropped it off expecting a long wait. In less than 2 hours, I got a call that I was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, safety check and a recall on windshield wiper blades all done. Research the dealer for any brand you buy. I passed 3 closer dealers and so far I’m happy with them, too. Talk to people that actually own the Palisade. I have never talked to an owner that didn’t just love their Palisade. They are in high demand, so resell value is not a problem right now. They can be hard to find in the model you want. I got the Calligraphy because I wanted all the goodies, but the best value is probably the SEL with the Premium Package. You get a lot of stuff for your money and it’s available as a 8 passenger, if that’s what you need. The only negatives I can think of is the mirrors are not power retractable and Apple CarPlay is not wireless. I hoping for a wireless update for the Apple CarPlay in the future.

Great car. Matter of fact it’s the nicest one I’ve ever owned. Went from a Ford Explorer which had a horrible ride and all sorts of maintenance issues past 110,000 miles to the Palisade. Unbelievably smooth ride. Lots of room. Very comfortable seats. Dash layout is well designed. Fantastic price as well.

ONCE THE BUGS ARE OUT OF THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM YES, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAR. IF YOU NEED OR WANT A TRAILER HITCH FORGET IT UNTILL THEY HAVE A FIX. MY WINDOWS WILL GO DOWN ON THEIR OWN, THE DOORS COME UNLOCKED AND THE REAR HATCH OPENS WHENEVER IT WANTS AND THIS HAPPENS WHILE IT IS LOCKED UP AT NIGHT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. THE DEALERSHIP HAS TOLD ME 10 DIFFERENT STORIES ABOUT WHY THEY CAN'T REPAIR IT AND INSTALL MY TRAILER HITCH, THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR WHEN I ORDERED THE CAR. THEY KEEP PUTTING OFF INSTALLING A HITCH EVEN WITHOUT WIRING FOR LIGHTS. I NEED THE HITCH TO CARRY MY WHEELCHAIR AND SCOOTER SO I CAN MANUVER AROUND WHEN AWAY FROM HOME, AS I AM A 100% DISABLED VETERAN AND THE DEALER IN TOLEDO AND PERRYSBURG DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE.

We just purchases a 2023 Hyundai Palasade Calligraphy and we are very happy with it. The look of the exterior and Interior are very upscale. The comfort and room inside are excellent. It has features that are only available on vehicles that are priced much higher. If you can find one you better buy it before someone else does. They are in high demand for good reason. I would highly recommend!

I joined the Army twenty-three years ago because I wanted to die. Today I am a homeowner, and I just bought a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. Today I don't want to die anymore. I have a reason or purpose to exist today. I get to drive around in style. This SUV has bells and whistles you would see in a 100K vehicles.

Absolutely love this car! The inside has such a luxurious feel to it. Also the ride is the smoothest ride ever. It’s has so many amazing features. I’m so glad I decided to purchase this suv. I have the calligraphy trim and it was worth every penny!
