I picked another WINNER!

My previous car was a Sonata, thus I knew my choice this selection would be another. The first thing I noticed was that this 2017 is a much more quiet ride which was the only feature I wasn't happy with on my 2013. This car is smooth and it has surprising pickup. It is driven on roads that go from 1150 feet above sea level to 5000 feet above, and there is no struggle with the engine. And the same is true when driving back down those same roads. I can elevate the front passenger seat!! That is super! I am proud to see the beautiful presence of my Sonata when parked near other vehicles. It just seems to stand out above all others. I must mention that my mpg is 28 and a little above. I plan to keep my Sonata for a long time.

Style and safety.

The Sonata is a great choice for anyone with a family. It's spacious enough for me and my two kids. The leather interior which is black is perfect for little ones. All you need is a wipe to clean up any spills. Trunk space is more than enough for a double stroller, tricycle and groceries. I have the sport version and I love the way the speed increases when I'm entering the interstate or trying to switch lanes in a tight situation. I'm just head over heels in love with my car.

Surprised Luxury

Before I test drove it I thought it was going to be a cheap "plastic feeling" car. Man was I surprised!! It had the feel of a Mazda 6 or Accord (both of which I have owned) but at a fraction of the price. I was also able to get some amenities that I would normally be priced out of such as naviagtion and a 7 inch touch screen because the car itself would cost too much.

Fantastic Price For What You Get!

As an out of state student I needed reliable transportation for going to school and work on my own. I first leased a 2014 Sonata which I was surprised about how much came standard at the time however when I went to get another lease I was blown away by the 2017 model. Hyundai is getting right up there with the big 3 as far as ride comfort and design go. The 2017 model has an aggressive look outside, fantastic handling and fuel economy, plenty of space and sleek new interior. The only complaint I have is that during highway driving both my Hyundai's has issues with picking up speed either while merging or passing while ECO mode is enabled. They don't hold their value well, but driving this new Hyundai really makes me feel like every dollar was well spent on making the car as driver friendly as possible!

2nd Hyundai I've owned.

I have the Sonata Sport model, and its a GREAT CAR! It's roomy and comfortable inside, and very stylish outside. I had an Elantra as my 1st Hyundai, and upgraded to the Sonata for a little more room. Both are reliable, comfortable cars.

Just getting started on my limited 2.0T

This was my first car after graduating from college. I wanted to treat myself to a new car of the highest trim to keep myself motivated to hold onto it for a long time and with all the attractive clearance discounts offered on the Sonata I was able to negotiate hard and get an extraordinary deal on my limited 2.0T. It's fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. Some techno stuff which become so useless after a while though. The panoramic sunroof coupled with the powerful 245 Hp turbo charged engine is IMO the best features of this vehicle. There is a bit of a turbo lag at low speeds and stop and start traffic but it's a beast on the highways. Drove close to 2000 miles in my first 3 weeks of purchase. Gas mileage is surprisingly decent at 28Mpg for mixed driving. Only disappointing thing is that for some reason I find the interior trim inlays to be some cheap attempt at replicating carbon fiber. They would've been better off just using wood or aluminum. Other than that I have no concerns about the car and am a proud limited owner of the limited 2.0T and the Hyundai warranty makes it all the more sweet for me to have the peace of mind for a long time to come.

Extremely good car for the money !!!!!!!!

I traded a 2012 Impala for this car, and this one is heads and shoulders above the Impala !!! Ride, performance, reliability, gas mileage, and most of all, DEALER SUPPORT !!!! My dealings w/the Chevy franchise were a constant case of friction, while I've had nothing but good inter-actions w/Hyundai........The people are courteous, don't engage in a "knockdown-dragout" over every minor detail, and have been "straight shooters" to a fault......They aren't as efficient as they might be (nothing's perfect !!!), but on the whole, they get a B+ rating.....
