Luxury on a Budget

Young professional who isn’t unrealistic w/ his budget. 330hp, AWD, slick styling and interior, tried & true V6 - this ended up on the shortlist. Test drove and bought immediately. Great exhaust note, great for merging ramps, great for closing gaps. And all to not break the bank. This model is the last iteration - reliability is about as solid as you could hope for a car in this niche market. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in a similar life stage. Love pressing that ignition button every single time.

Seems good so far.

Bought this car used, with 57,000 miles, its in great shape and very powerful. I did notice that when I start it cold the valves make tapping noise for a few seconds, but its common for this G37. Infiniti has an update for the powertrain chip and special oil type to help quiet it.

Best performance sedan for the money, hands down.

After much research, I purchased this car 18 months ago and have loved owning it. The engine is remarkable, the seats are extremely comfortable even on very long drives, the electronics are easy to operate, and it has an amazing array of creature comforts for such little money. I'm selling it because I bought a Porsche Cayman though I wish I could keep them both. They're both beautiful, fun cars to drive, that are reliable, safe and enjoyable. The Infiniti has much more room, however.

My favorite car!

I agree with most of the comments others have posted about the G37X. A few things I have not seen mentioned is the incredible Bose stereo system. Wow! Turn it up, NO, Turn it down before you go deaf. Crystal clear sound too. Also, in the winter time in Pennsylvania I get good heat after driving about 2 minutes and 1.5 miles. The air conditioning is almost overpowering. I've never had a car that cooled down so fast even with black leather interior. The only bad thing is if you're a larger person you probably won't fit comfortably in the car. I'm 5 11, about 215 and barely fit. My son is 6 2, about 280 and he looks like an NFL lineman in a minicooper! LOL. Love the car!

I do love this car

OMG!!! I love this beautiful car. Talk about fast. TRUE. drove it from TExas and realized I was going 100 MPH.. didn't feel like it. I have to watch it around town and use my cruise control ,, OR else. Too bad I just got creamed in Wilmington , NC by someone .. I just hope this beauty can be fixed, if not , I'll buy another. I had a Nissan forever and it was amazing so now I have the infinit .. IT is my favorite car ever.

Great luxury car for the money

Fast, not great on gas, drivers seat gets uncomfortable on 5+ hour rides. Has been very reliable so far, hard to play music from phone through car speakers.

Fun to drive

The car I owned was a coupe. Very sleek on the outside and very well designed inside. It has excellent acceleration and handling. The downside to this car is the space and accesibility getting in and out because it is a low vehicle with long doors. Great for road trips but not as much fun for errands around town.

fun car

The infinity G37S is a sport car with a manual 6 speed transmission. A very fun car to drive, and very quick. There were only two negatives. First after about 3 or 4 years the leather seats started to crack, and the gray plastic on the steering wheel was pealing off. It looked used inside. Second this car has super handling. It's like a go-cart. Very low to the ground and it will take a 90 degree turn at a very high speed. On dry pavement (only).. over 60 on a right turn without sliding! all that means one thing.. soft tires that don't like wet pavement and a suspension so hard, it does rattle your teeth. All in all, it's hard to look at this Infinity as a luxury vehicle. The interior is nice but not that nice, and the driving environment is very sporty. The Nissan Z 350 is the same car with a shorter frame (no back seat) and more spartan interior.

infinity g37

Nice ride a must have. Needs more power, but has nice pick up. Does all the bells and extras. 2 door is better for singles.
