Quick, Sporty 7-Passenger SUV Crossover
This car exceeds my expectations for a crossover SUV. The 3.5 L, V6 under the hood gives the boost you need when entering the freeway; and even when you have 7 adults in the car. The separate rear air conditioning really cools this car down. The third-row seats actually fit two adults comfortably; it was the only mid-sized SUV/Crossover researched that did. The overhead parking assist feature

Chiller sports mode on this car.
This car did meet all our needs. I lost my job however and we need to sell it. But I will tell you this there are several different modes on this vehicle. Each driving mode is quite unique. But when you put this thing in sport and you need to get down the road it is like nothing I've ever drove before.

Reliable & very comfortable
I own the QX60 for the 5th year now and is my daily drive. The interiors are great, very comfortable for the passengers and styling is good too. I love the fuel efficiency, foldable rear seats, powerful aircon and its overall reliability, as I drive under hot climate (in Dubai). Should have been more powerful, though in Sports mode the car does well.

1 problem after another
I've owned this car for 14 months. Love the styling, but have had some very expensive repairs that should have not occurred. I've had to replace the fuel pump and the AC compressor. Car also wants to lurch forward when you 1st put it into Drive. Would not purchase another Infiniti. For the money, you would be better off with a Cadillac.

Most unreliable car I've owned.
Molding on side of car vibrates at 50-60 MPH. Front end makes noise, not sure if it's the transmission or bearing. Car has only 40,000 miles

Nothing but trouble with this car
I bought a 2014 model and I have had nothing but trouble with this car since the first year. I had the roof rack replaced every year because it’s weather stripping gets loose and makes noise flapping in the wind. Once again the weather stripping is loose, but my warranty has expired. The trunk light, in the interior roof, pops out of its casing all the time. The transmission had to be replaced in its 3rd year. The driver side window stopped operating and got stuck halfway down (in Canadian winter!). Got it fixed under warranty. This winter it happens again and my husband was able to push it up as I held the close window switch. Warranty has expired and I have yet to find out how much it’s going to cost me. The plastic detailing along the bottom of the passenger side doors started rattling. I took in my car to get it fixed just before the warranty expired and Infiniti’s customer service rep fixed it with double sided tape! That obviously didn’t last long and when I realized what he had done, my warranty was up. I also had an issue with the incorrect gas gauge readings, getting low gas warning on the digital gauge, but the regular gauge showed I had half a tank of gas. What else can go wrong with this car!
