1984 Jaguar XJ6 consumer reviews

I bought this car new in 1984, drove my babies home from the hospital in it and have loved driving it for 33 years. It?s a classy car. No rust, always garaged, low mileage.

Bought the car for dirt cheap and wow do you need $ for the upkeep. NO ONE WILL SERVICE THIS CAR! Jaguar dealerships will not service it and that means you have to go through classic/antique car shops...$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!! Parts are few and far between for it as well. If you have the cash... buy it, if you have just enough to buy it... keep looking, it has 2 12 gallon gas tanks that only take premium and start praying if the button that allows you to switch between the two fuel tanks goes out. Considering I only have 16K original miles on it and sooo many things have gone wrong, I don't recommend buying this unless you have the cash...
