The doggiest car I ever owned
This vehicle has no pick-up. This is probably due to the fact that we were lied to and told it was a V-6 and it is only a 4 cylinder. The vehicle struggles going up hills and taking off from stop sighns.

Most reliable vehicle I have ever owned!!
I love my Jeep. It is just the right size...not to big and not too small. Comfy and stylish on the inside with just the right amount of bells and whistles. My favorite is the remote engine start and one push button to automatically close the trunk door. It's a winner for me.

Mopar for 45 years
I find it strange that Jeep has electric fan programmed at 228 degree b4 fan kicks on to cool radiator, but on line it shows alot of new vehicles are programmed at 230, i always feel that you are flirting with danger on a 100 degree day with the coolant temperature above 212 degree,

Looking forward to winter time now!!
I like the styling and the look of the High Altitude and cannot wait until winter hits to take advantage of the 4X4, heated steering wheel and seats. The mileage is much improved from my previous Grand Cherokee so that's a plus as well.

Very Smooth Ride; Very Happy with Purchase!
This car met all of my needs. My precious Jeep requires upwards of about $50 each time I needed gas. This newer Jeep, however, only requires $31 to fill it up! The Jeep itself is very spacious, yet cozy enough to be able to get to areas with ease. I love the white exterior, and the black interior is a nice touch as well. The CarPlay feature is very handy, as it promotes hands- free driving. Overall, extremely happy with my recent purchase, and even happier that I used Cars.com to find what I needed!

Jeep Cherokee 2019 Clicking sound
I finally decided to make everyone aware of “Fiat Chrysler Automobiles” brand to be very careful when purchasing a car from them. I usually do not like to rate or review negative unless there is something really bothering, stressing or frustrating me... and to be honest I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I bought this 2019 brand new within the first week the key was not locking or unlocking the car, so had to use its manual key to open the car, took the car several times until they found out or saw the whole video I showed them the third time that there was something wrong with the key set then they ordered new set of key and reprogramming them disappeared the issue. (recording a detailed video of the key remote helped me to be believed by workers...) at the same time there was another issue of clicking noise coming underneath the car when I mentioned it to the guy at the reception, he said, "its ok this is a brand new car that should not be an issue because these cars are built like this... without even looking or inspecting the car. Honestly after the key was issue was solved. This noise made me go crazy and very stressed, been thinking And I am already facing issues with this brand new car, had to set up another appointment so they could fix the sound coming underneath the car. they looked at it and later called me there is no issue please come pick up your car. but when I drove it the same issue never fixed. The next day took again and a technician David rode with me and he heard the noise, took it back back all day, I was with no car ubering or asking for rides from others here and there... then in evening they called me, that they did not find any issues... so then I decided to call Jeep customer service/corporate and made sure to assign a case manager by the name of Mike, he made sure someone can ride with me, took the car again to ride with a master technician and he heard the noise and they kept the car for several days then they called me "saying sorry this car has been built or has this characteristic and that's fine to have this noise... Please come pick it..." now honestly, I am dealing with jeep issue every time I drive it, and it is not a good feeling... now my question is what should I do? would I be able to get it fixed at all? or Am I able to return it? or exchange it. This is in my mind day and night. Even my Mom and the rest of my family is stressed because of this... Please help!!! Edited I usually do not like to complain or to rate and review negative unless there is something really bothering, stressing or frustrating in long term. FYI three start that staffs are friendly and there is nothing to do with their customer service. It's manufacturing product issue. I bought this brand new jeep Cherokee 2019, within the first week the key remote was not locking or unlocking the car, so had to use its manual key to open the car, the funny part is that when I took it to the dealer's shop it worked. So had to record a whole clear video to show the technicians. After that video they took the car and diagnosed it and the technician that key set should be renewed because there was something wrong with its original key set. At the same time there was another issue of clicking noise coming underneath the car when I mentioned it to the guy at the reception, he said, "its ok this is a brand new car that should not be an issue because these cars are built like this... without even looking or inspecting the car. This noise made me go crazy and very stressed, been thinking And I am already facing issues with this brand new car, had to set up another appointment so they could fix the sound coming underneath the brand new car. Please come pick it..." now honestly, I

This is the best SUV.
I love my Jeep. It’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I’ve had it for over a year and it’s not been in the shop for anything except regular stuff. Love it!
