Avoid Jeep Products
When I first bought this vehicle, I thought I was getting a great deal because it was so much less expensive than the Toyota RAV4 or other comparably sized vehicles. The problem is that it's just plain cheaply made. My previous Jeep was a 2001 Cherokee Sport which was very reliable and solid. I traded it in for the 2014 compass when it was a little over 12 years old. The Compass is just cheap. Even with the high-end package I bought. I did not get my money's worth. The engine and powertrain are lackluster. The internal trim is poor. The plastic molding on the sides of the front seats breaks off easily. The interior noise is excessive. Suspension components on my vehicle have been replaced several times under warranty. If you plan to keep this vehicle past 100,000 miles, you will have problems. I usually like to try to squeeze 10 years of service out of a car. That won't happen with a modern Jeep unless you plan to put alot of work into it. My suggestion, avoid Jeep. Go with a similar Toyota or Ford product.

Love Jeeps
I bought a 2014 jeep compass new towards the end of that year. It was a solid purchase and I have been and still are very happy with the vehicle. I had a much bigger SUV prior to purchasing the compass it was not very economical and always having issues with the electric windows at 200 a window it started to get pricey. I decided to purchase the jeep compass and said no to electric anything. The jeep runs like a jeep with SUV body I think some people get misled in believing it's going to be a completely smooth ride. At the end of the day it's a jeep with I think adequate power and handles really well. It gets great gas mileage very cold air and awesome stereo disc player. I recommend the jeep compass.

Great 4 wheel drive control for the money
I had to quickly replace a 4 wheel drive Chrysler Town & Country. I wanted a good 4 wheel drive vehicle and after a lot of reading and testing, I got the Jeep Cherokee. Rides great very good gas mileage and does everything I want.

Very comfortable and well designed ride
I’ve had this car for a few months and so far it’s been driving great, I love the exterior design of the car and e front looks amazing. My only concern with the car is the inside because it’s a little loose feeling and very spacey.

Handled very well on slippery roads
The car is great. I'd like more options but not necessary. Didn't like the part that the headlights don't go on automatically but I will get used to it. Handled very well on snowy roads. Made it up my hilly snowy driveway with no problem.

First Jeep
The vehicle is excellent. I wish I had more storage space but I cannot complain. There is plenty of leg room. If I wanted to give other people a ride, the jeep would more than accommodate extra passengers.
