Off-road capabale (Trailhawk)
In the covid times I looked for comfortable and capable city and off road ride and this is it, it has the ability (even though sometimes lacking power) to move on any terrain, and believe me I tested it on a muddy uphill 250 meters with a 30 degree angle and it ren smoothly and brought me home safe. Best buy, I have it for only one month and cannot swear about reliability though. But if you want a slik and capable off roader then you have it in this package!

After 16 months I got rid of it
This car broke down more than any car I have ever owned. It had no power and handled terribly. At just over 20K miles the engine went and needed to be replaced. Thankfully it was all covered under the warranty but once I got it back I traded it in for a much better car.

Very good vehicle
Needed something that was reliable and at least decent on gas mileage. This is pretty good for being an SUV. Inside is nice. Has a lot of cool gadgets, but does miss out on some I didn't think about until purchase. They don't have somewhere to store sunglasses, but that is something can do myself. No place for garage opener. But, will just use the physical opener. Very nice car. Lots of space inside. Feel comfortable driving it.

Great in the snow
I really like the vehicle, it has everything I need. Drove it in nasty snowy weather and it felt very safe. The only downside is it needs better pick up when stepping on the gas.

It's A Good Car, But Has Its Downfalls
I am currently on my last year of a 36-month lease with this vehicle. Overall, it's a nice small SUV. I chose it because I liked the exterior look and it was a good size for the activities I do. A few downfalls is the interior; there is not enough places to put items in the front, my phone always sits in one of the drink compartments, the only area for items is a small pocket for change. They should've put an area on the dash like the Wrangler does for more storage area, especially considering the dash is quite large and a waste of space. Secondly, I utilize the Bluetooth option to listen to music. This function tends to get finicky and sometimes (3-4 times a week) won't connect my phone to Bluetooth and will say "make sure the device is ON and within range", but the next time I turn my car on it automatically connects no problem. Overall, it's a good basic car. Could use more storage area in the front and technology gets weird sometimes but not bad for the money you spend on it.

New Jeep lover
Beautiful interior! Great pickup. Brakes take a little getting used to. They brake fast. Love our surprise “Easter egg”. We found a gecko. Makes me want to look at all the Jeeps.

Good car. You know what you're getting
First of all the car looks great. The style is tough looking but not huge and over bearing. But also not to small that it looks toyish. For those who say the 4 cylinder is weak. I say you knew you were buying the V4. Did you expect it to jump off the line? If you want that go for the V6 cherokee. Although I've never had an issue with acceleration in most driving circumstances. Its capable of going off road not designed to drive on a track. You do kind of have to get used to the way the automatic trans shifts. It does seem to get stuck ina gear for too long. However once you drive it for a bit you learn how to compensate for this. I've only owned it a few months so not sure about reliability but hopefully will be good. Just remember every vehicle you read about on here is going to have some people saying about how their car had problems. Those are few and there are many more positive reviews.

It’s a Jeep!
As of right now I really enjoy this car. I wanted a Jeep but also wanted better gas mileage since I drive 30+ miles one way to work. The Jeep Compass trailhawk gets me the better gas mileage then the wrangler but also lets me go off-road some. So it’s a win win for now.
