Dependable. Handles good in the snow.

Bought my 2016 Trailhawk used with 24k on it. Just rolled 50k and no problems. Very good in the snow here in central WA. The 4x4 does what it should if you do not try and abuse it. My advice is to leave stock and use it for what it was made for...Light to Moderate trails!

Biggest piece of crap I ever owned

Love all features inside and out. One major problem. Is NOT reliable!! Over $8,000 in warranty work. STILL not working properly. Just received yet another recall in mail! Owned car for 2 1/2 years and has been in shop about 1/2 my ownership

Worst New Car I've Ever Purchased

Too bad such a cute vehicle has such major problems...like trying to get a person killed. Stalled in the middle of traffic before 10000 miles. Stalled again a few thousand miles later. Roof leaks apparently because I park under trees. Honks the horn for no reason, locks intermittently stop working, computer screen freezes up. Today it decided to freeze up, no gas and NO BRAKES going down a large hill. Was told a couple hours later that it was because it somehow burned through 4 quarts of oil. I'm done with this vehicle and will never buy Jeep again.

Disappointed

I got my Keep almost 2 years ago. There are many things that I like about it and many more that I dislike. Example, this morning I attempted to open the passenger door to put some items I was taking to work and the door would not open. I pushed the unlock button on my key fob even though I didn't lock it the night before and it still would not open. I had to climb in from the driver side and open it from the inside. I have experienced several electrical malfunctions and seems as it rained heavily the day before that might have had something to do with it.

Jeep cannot fix known problem in 1+ yrs

Purchased this car in November 2018, has been at the dealer on and off for months for many different issues. Now there needs to be a software update from Jeep that they have not made to fix the remote start problem.

Was skeptical

My wife and I bought this primarily for her commuting to and from work. She needed something that she could see out of clearly without blind spots. We also wanted a 4 Wheel Drive for winter months and safety. We bought it from nationwide used car retailer over a year ago and it had 6000 miles on it. Some warranty is still in effect. So far we have had no issues and enjoy the vehicle. We got one with larger wheels, which we really like, as it raises the height a couple inches. We have not had any issues that those who have given one star have reported. We have an automatic and no issues with the transmission so far. No more or less power than you would expect with a four-cylinder engine. Feels fun and is zippy to me.

Dream vehicle

Everything I need for day to day as well as my triathlon adventures! Plenty of space, sporty and comfortable. Heated seats and remote start a bonus with my Raynaud's!

I’ve only had it for one day. So far so good 😊

As I said before, I’ve only had the car for one day. I drove around for a while just to get the feel of it and it was nice.

worst vehicle we ever owned

This vehicle is not worth the money. Engine replaced after 2 years, AC doesn’t work after winter (3 years in a row), 4x4 issues, very limited tires available for this vehicle, engine light comes on every other day.

Most reliable car I have owned

This car drives like a much bigger and heavier vehicle especially on the highway. Has been very reliable and so far fully exceeded my expectations.
