The 4xe is not worth it unless all you do is drive in
The 4xe is not worth it unless all you do is drive in town and not more than 25 miles per day. It has 19700 miles and has been in the shop for recalls or service at least 5 times. Lots of issues with the hybrid batteries. These wranglers are great for the young and those that drive very few miles per day. Took it in a road trip from Phoenix to San Fransisco and it was punishing. Never do that again.

4xe hybrid jeep.
4xe hybrid jeep....what an overpriced piece of crap...jeep built a nice vehicle with a piece of junk hybrid system that may work or may catch fire...jeep stopped making this model realizing that they put unreliable metal on the market ..paid too much for this hybrid and now can't even trade it in because it's worthless Buy a jeep but don't buy their hybrid garbage..They put a stop sell on all these models because they know they're junk and are not building them anymore.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it.
Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

Kind of impossible to review something I've only sat in
Kind of impossible to review something I've only sat in once. My wife took delivery of her new 4xe on February 14th. On the 15th drove it to work where it promptly died never to restart. $200 tow bill to Friendly in Hamilton NY where it has remained. That's 66 days & counting. They have attempted to repair many times with zero results. Jeep engineers cannot repair it I was told the transmission control unit has been replaced & still fails. Jeep still refuses to buy it back or just replace it. It's really a joke at this point, dealership has been less than useless.

The JL exceeded my expectations.
The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

We bought our brand new.
We bought our brand new. Around 6000 miles on it and it has been to the dealership garage for repairs 6+ times in the 6 months we owned. Different issues. Has been the worst car purchase we ever made. If you are even thinking about buying a wrangler 4xe, DO NOT BUY!!! Don't care what kind of incentives they offer, it's not worth it.

Brakes failed day after picking up the car.
Brakes failed day after picking up the car. Be careful with this one. The best part of the car are the looks on the outside. The hybrid has too much going on.

Jeep Wrangler 4XE
The car broke within the first four weeks of ownership. It has now been 90 days and has been in the shop more than 50 days of the time I have owned it. It has been to three different dealers and still not fixed. I would not recommend somebody buy the 4XE. I used to have the jeep wrangler eco-diesel which was fabulous. Ran like a champ.
