Great new hybrid

New first hybrid for my wife and I. Great design for a crossover compact SUV. Stylish, great mileage and plenty of cabin space and comfortable seating.

I'm a reluctant hybrid owner

I got the touring model and it's loaded with great technology, and very comfortable as well. I've driven this car from Los Angeles to Boston, fully loaded with a roof rack on it and a Thule shell loaded up. Have to say this was not the best experience, while the car is great in the city and returning 40mpg, this thing really struggles on the highway, I only got 33 mpg at best, and it roared and struggled to keep up with 70mph traffic most of the way. I guess that's the trade off for the mpg. I'm also noticing a very annoying surge in stop and go traffic around town, the car seems to stop too soon and then suddenly surges forward, scary on the freeway stop and go traffic, and worse in parking lots trying to get into a spot. I've started seeing other comments on this from owners and reviewers in other auto blogs. So far there is no fix or acknowledgement from Kia. The car has also developed an annoying rattle, the back seat bottom vibrates over broken pavement.

Great Mileage and Comfort

KIA thought this one out. Applied what people are looking for in a Hybrid vehicle and included it. We feel like they really didn't forget very much. Missing a couple of convenience features we had on the Sorrento, like auto open/close tailgate, garage door opener buttons. Love the car, the ride and the gas mileage!

Love Scottsdale Kia

Scottsdale Kia handled my lease/purchase with professionalism. The salesperson Chip McPhearson was stellar as was the Sales Manager. The service department is courteous and efficient. I had to stop for a tire pressure issue. Josh went over the car UVO with me and the details of the features. All were courteous and efficient.

Great Car!

This car is much more fun than you would expect from a hybrid. It rides very smoothly and gets great gas mileage in eco mode, but pop the shifter into sport mode and it's a whole other car. Zoom up on ramps and make quick merges, no problem. It's like 2 cars in one.
