had a 2019 version----much better.

had a 2019 version----much better. screens were more intuitive. this one is supposed to get better gas mileage; gets worse by about 5mpg in winter. has stupidest media/comfort system----you actually have to toggle to get from one to the other. So you try to turn off the fan and inadvertently turn off the radio! this car also comes with NO spare tire, so if you encounter a blowout, you're stranded. it's also hard to find things on the screen---the old niro's radio would identify the song being played; sometimes that pops up on this newer one, but it's hard to find and i've only been able to use it when 2/3 of the screen is taken up by some other function.

Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!
