Explore the 2007 Kia Sedona

KIA for Me aa

Have driven my 2007 KIA Sedona 180,00 miles with very few problems. Also own a 2017 Sedona which is nice with more bells and whistles, but the 2007 has more pep and rides as smooth as the 2017. Maintenance per mile on both has been much less costly than GM, Ford, and Chrysler products that I had in the past.

Very disappointed

Was excited to buy this van. Love the comfort and conveniences. However those don't amount to much when it is always in the shop. Parking brake lights come on, then all the other dash lights pop on, then car stops dead in its tracks. On the third alternator. Is December, bought used with new alternator in June. Barely driven due to covid and work from home. I'm sure this would have happened more if I were driving more. I'm afraid to go anywhere now that the weather is cold. I don't have money to just trash this junket and get another. Anyone else have this issue and how was it corrected?

Surprisingly... a great vehicle.

250 hp. 3.8l V6. It has some pickup. Drove across the country with no problems. Interior is comfy as xxxx. You can get a used one for a good price.

Worst car I’ve ever owned. I lost so much $$.

This car has had 6 recalls. One is engine could catch on fire when not on. They don’t know how to fix yet though. They said don’t park in garage or near anything. It only has 131,000. But I haven’t been able to smog for 5 years.

Great get up and go power with loads of space

Wonderful for road trips and as daily driver. Easy to park and feels like a regular sized car, not a boat. Ice cold A/C and great heater. Cruise control is easy to use. Lots of spots for drinks and water bottles. Easy access to third row through captains chairs on second row. Seats fold flat in stowage area in rear with one easy pull on a strap. This is the best family ride we’ve ever owned. You won’t regret having a Sedona.

This was to replace

This was to repair one we had that got rear ended and then decided to drive it and is a very good deal. Had to do a few repairs but for a 150000 it is a good van.

The reliability is second to none.

This was my first experience with a KIA. Outstanding! I have since bought two more; one for my wife and one for my daughter. Love the ride, handling and especially the (lack of) cost of maintenance.
