2019 Kia Sorento consumer reviews

This is our 2nd Kia Sorento and it's a great car. All 2019 have 3rd row seating and that is huge for a family, great car, great pricing

I'm impressed with the foot/leg room in both 2nd & 3rd rows, comfortable and has most the bells and whistles I like to have. I never thought I'd consider purchasing a Kia, but with the limited 3rd row seating options, test driving most others on the market and research I now own one and am mostly impressed. With less than 1000 miles on the vehicle I thus far have only a few minor complaints. The gas pedal design is frustrating at best, doesn't adjust and due to the "plate" it sits on there isn't a brand of all weather mats, vehicle specific or not that do anything other than let whatever is on the bottom of my shoe run down the pedal and underneath the mats. To save the interior rug I have had to get inventive with cut pieces of mats and gorilla tape. Another issue I've come across so far is that the vehicle will lock when the keys are in it, I was accustomed to vehicles that wouldn't do this unless the vehicle was in gear. Lastly there aren't any ports in the 3rd row, USB or otherwise, I think this is ridiculous considering it does have climate controls in the 3rd row. I did purchase the 2019 EX trim with touring package. The panoramic sun roof is great, added features of built in sun shades for 2nd row windows is a plus with children. As far as power goes... it's a V-6, get what you get, not gutless but not "fun" to drive either. Haven't and don't plan to pull anything so it works for me.

Great SUV, rides smooth and quiet. Have driven 1800 miles in just a month and it gets good gas mileage and many people think I am driving a higher priced vehicle, like Audi etc.

I have been counting down the time until my last lease was up and was super stoked when I saw Kia had a great end of summer promo on the Sorento. This is the it SUV for real and I'm totally happy i got it. My daughter was super excited when she found out it was ours and even my wife who is used to driving luxury imports had to admit she likes driving it as much as her Acura and my payment is 20% less for more. I got the EX V6 front wheel drive in snow white pearl and love it. It handles great, rides smooth and had a ton of features standard that would have cost me 1000s elsewhere. Add to that it's one of the top 3 safest SUVs on the road and you have a total package. It looks sexy (can I say that) and gets good gas mileage when you don't floor it (guilt sometimes). The V6 is plenty zippy and the adaptive cruise control is a lifesaver in stop and go suburban traffic. My niece is loving the standard 3rd row that has it's own temp controls in my trim level, they really thought of everything and stuffed it in here without hitting my pockets for the extra.

This is a spacious and easy to drive SUV. Good gas mileage given that the vehicle accelerates up to speed quickly (power!). Also offers technical extras (back-up assist, etc.).

Enough room for all to be comfortable yet if it?s just you, you don?t feel your wasting fuel taking this. Great gas mileage. Great sense of feeling safe if something was to happen. Great safety features.

We needed a bigger car with 7 or seated. Try Subaru way too expensive Great car, enought space for the family. Drives very smooth. We love it

Couldn?t be more happy with this SUV. Drove a car for 8 years and swore I?d never get another one and this Kia will be with me for a long long time!!

Nice looking vehicle (EX) and hopefully reliable. For the money I paid it should have had auto folding mirrors. My concern is with the Direct Injection Engine and the problem of intake valve fouling that seems to be an issue with these engines. Kia should recommend a fix. The other minor issue are the door arm rest and center console arm rest that don't seem to be long enough.

This vehicle is the most reliable and economically efficient with beautiful design so that ican fit me soccer team but not look like a soccer minivan mom. Its the best for traveling long distance and city runs. My husband has a ford flex but he loves my car better. Thank you Kia for the 2019 Sorento. All My children's friend's and my family all think I'm the coolest mom this year... This was the best decision i made for 2019.
