Dash is gooey now,

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

BEST RELIABLE OVERALL SPORT SEDAN

This is my 2nd IS350 Model! Coming from a 2006 model, I've upgraded to a 2014 back in 2020! This time, I got myself a 2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport w/ the Mark Levinson Package! Guys, Straight to the point, first off, if you're looking for a overall reliable luxury car while being sporty, THIS IS IT! LISTEN, its not the complete fastest car on the block, but it can pull! Since Lexus didnt change the engine since 2006, Parts are definitely cheap. My 2006 was at 220k trouble free miles, my current 2014 has 176k miles, guess what, NO ISSUES! If you're looking into this car. Here are my tips! 1. Mileage. Don't worry too much about mileage, It's a Toyota at the end of the day. Pay more attention to the prior ownership. If it has high mileage but a great and thorough service history, that's a deal. 2. Size. It's a small car, probably the same size as a Toyota Corolla. If size is your main concern, look into the Lexus GS350, Same engine JUST BIGGER, AND I MEAN BIGGER! 3. Tires. The Lexus IS is know to go through tires quickly. Had to replace all at 12k miles, to address this issue, YOU MUST CHANGE the oem lower control arm bushings (LCA) bushings to the LEXUS IS-F RC-F Bushings that lexus sells. Ever since then, my tires have lasted longer and wear evenly! 4. Gas Mileage. This pony has just above 300hp. With that being said, 19mpg can be a pretty penny to pay, considering the fact that this car has a 17 gallon tank, using premium fuel. I average 15.9mpg cause of my heavy foot! 5. Sound System. I'm NOT kidding, If you're getting ANY type of Lexus! GET THE MARK LEVINSON PACKAGE! ITS A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!

Best looking car I’ve owned

This car has everything that I’ve wanted including awd and sporty yet luxurious look. MPG not the best but wasn’t expecting it to be a four cylinder vehicle either. Overall really great car

I bought a 5 year old Lexus.

I bought this car five years old with only 7000 miles on it! I have owned several Lexus models before and this is by far the best one. I doubt that I will ever need another car.

Most reliable car I’ve ever owned

Never had an issue. Every time I sat in the car for the length of ownership it still felt amazing. Loved the car. Can’t say enough good things about the car.

sports car with FUNctionality!

This car was very sporty while still fitting my family of four. It was even good on trips....as long as it wasn’t more than a couple of hours long.

It’s a Lexus what can i say it’s a reliable car

This car exceeds my needs for power not lacking style, but does not have cooled seats wish it did. But it has the reliability Of a Toyota and the comfort of a Lexus. Just a beautiful car to have and i would highly recommend the F-Sport package the LFA inspired gage cluster is really cool and futuristic

Best Looking AWD sedan out there.

Let's just talk about the front of this car! Just the presence and has the looks of an exotic super car. With the AWD living in WA it's perfect for me. The only maintenance you will need to consider is the tires. They get expensive so don't get them from the dealership. Lifetime alignments at Firestone for your AWD system and you're good to go.

Beats BMW!

Handles excellent and a better value than BMW. Never had mechanical issues with this car like I did with my BMW 3 series. Great commuter car and fun car to drive.

Brings out the kid in you, but with style!

We needed a 4 door car for the family with all wheel drive since we live in upstate NY, but I also wanted it to be FUN! Got our wish. Highlights include great handling, quick, smooth, good room for 4 (pinched with five), Lexus reliable, F-sport package has attractive head turning design inside and out... Disappointments include fuel economy (~20mpg and premium fuel), not the best infotainment system, no seat memory (??? wow??), no heated steering wheel (Nissan/Infiniti standard with heated seats) (1 star off for interior design for those points), too quiet exhaust (sport mode should have opened it up) and different sized rear tires (can't rotate).
