Very luxurious! Quiet and smooth ride! Only question is this small mirror in center console? Everything is weird about it! JM Lexus IS the best around! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Purchased NX300 second one. Reliable, comfortable and perfect for a single person or small family.Lexus was offering a great deal and could not pass it up. Love the style.

I love it. The only this I wish Lexus hadn't changed is the GPS. It used to be colorful. Now, the highways and main roads are in color but the rest of the roads and screen are neutral black and gray. I preferred it the other way but that is the way the GPS is now so there was no choice.

Beautiful exterior & interior especially F Sport . Upscale interior very comfortable and satisfying. Plenty of head & legroom. Apple car play and Alexa standard. Infotainment mouse control is fine once you get used to it. Keeps fingerprints off screen. F Sport seats exceptionally comfortable. Very smooth & quiet especially on highway. Gas mileage is not good though. But a slew of standard safety features make it a Best Buy.

We love the car, we can use our iPhone for car play with pandora music, GPS and other applications. Safety amenities are sufficient for our needs. The wife loves the two tone interior leather black n burgundy.

Very unprofessional service at the North miami dealer in Biscayne Blvd. i do not recommend anyone going there. Sales rep, everyone lied about the financing options. Told me one number and received another payment once I received my first payment in the mail. Numbers were altered by over 100.00. From 362.36 to 475.36. Very wrong doing without my approval. They make do ur initial through a table tablet were u can’t even see what you are singing for. The process is a Complete fraud. Be careful where u click ur initial. Cause once ur put ur initials u are responsible for what ever u initial for. Bad service. Really bad and fraudulent process. Can’t wait to retuned my car in 36 months.
