2013 Lexus RX 350 consumer reviews

Took out several suvs. Only had to drive the Lexus one city block to know it was the one for me. Smoothest riding suv on the road. Others saying that this suv rides like a truck need their heads examined. The Cadillac SRX is the roughest riding of all the luxury suvs.

This is my first Lexus SUV, but I have had 3 ES350's. I will probably always buy the Suv; I love it. The visibility is great with the spaciousness of the windows ,and I love being up so high in the cabin. I have one minor complaint- the outside mirrors don't automatically drop down to the pavement level when backing as they did with the ES350. I really miss that! Otherwise, the car is perfect- nice size, nice handling, and regular gas mileage is just as Lexus says ,18/24.

After researching and driving several SUV type vehicles my wife and I selected the 2013 Lexus RX350. It has a great history for reliability, maintainability and holding its value. Additionally, the body styling, dimensions of the vehicle, roominess inside and safety ratings sealed the deal. The parking assist, back-up rear-view camera and blind side warning options appeared superficial, but have proven to be of great value while driving in-town. The RX350 has all wheel drive, accelerates quickly and rides like a sedan, yet has the flexibility to be a SUV. One fine auto.

Love every thing about this car. This is my first Lexus. Lexus goes the extra mile for their customers from the sale and after the sale. Shreveport Lexus is very customer orientated. They take care of the customer after the as well.

We just picked up our near new 2013 RX and drove it back leisurely from Iowa to Winnipeg. A lovely smooth SUV to drive, just a nice size for handling and both my wife and I love the responsive steering. Its not a tire smoking dragster but it has smooth adequate power for the majority of drivers and accordingly the gas mileage was very impressive, especially using regular gas. We loved the updated navigation system and the mouse. We used it continuously on the back roads as well as to find our hotel each day. We are also looking forward to using the all wheel drive 'lock up' feature next winter!

This is very comfortable car for all day driving. Lexus has a great service plan, and the conveniences in this car are great..

Wish I had bought a 350 when I bought a BMW X-5 !! The 350 is head and shoulders above the X-5. Better fit and finish, much more comforable, and better warranty. A real luxury ride !!

Great vehicles for the money. very reliable, this is my 3rd RX. Love the new ride. Handles like a luxury vehicle.

This vehicle's interior and exterior design is outstanding. I'm a little concerned about the fuel efficiency, combined im getting 18mpg... the ride is smooth as what i expected from a Lexus. The decisdion to not give the paddle shifters as a standard option was dissapointing. I will definitely purchase another LEXUS.

We've owned our RX 350 for a month now, drove it from Southern Cali to Idaho and back, several other shorter roads trips and puttin' around town and this is by far the most comfortable vehicle we've owned! Blind spot, Nav System, backup camera, cooled/heated seats.....just add to the total package. Quiet and comfortable and great gas mileage....couldn't ask for more!
