Most reliable card owned

This car is a very reliable & safe riding vehicle. It also drives and rides very smooth with very little road noise. Excellent purchase on my part.

Dream comes true with RX350

This 2018 RX350 is beyond what you can ask for in a luxury midsize SUV. Highest safety ratings and outstanding performance with 300+ horsepower making you feel like driving an elevated GS350. I got mine certified with 10K miles and I drive an incredibly outstanding SUV with a lot of safety features and aggressive look and performance.

Great car, but the older model RXs were better.

I had a 2010 RX 350, which I loved so much that I bought this car without even test driving it. Unfortunately, some features on the newer model make this an inferior car as compared to the old one. The biggest complaint I have is with the seats. The older RXs had the most comfortable chairs ever, but the new RX has a headrest that pushes my head forward. (I am a petite lady -5’2”). It appears that all Toyota and Lexus newer models have this terrible headrest that you can’t adjust. Other steps backwards: The gas tank doesn’t lock, so it pops open if someone brushes against the car or while going through the car wash. The interior lost the left-hand cup holder on the driver’s side. The cell phone holder is too small for any iPhone that’s been manufactured in the past three years or later. And the alerts are way too much: The dashboard squawks at me that the roads may be icy as soon as it dips below 40 degrees. I live in Denver, so that’s every day in the winter. And the parking assistant beeps if someone walks in front of the car while waiting at a stoplight. Irritating! Lastly, the hood of the car now covers the windshield wipers, making it impossible to lift the wipers to knock-off any ice that might have accumulated—another problem for Coloradans. On the flip side, I like the new display and mouse. After putting good all-weather tires on the car, I’m very happy with the stability and the way it handles in snow and ice (good snow tires are key). It handles beautifully on the highway and in the city with speed and stability, and it also offers the same good visibility as the old RXs. Parking and maneuvering in tight spaces is easy as well. (Although the parking alerts are way too loud and drive me crazy). Style-wise, I’m not the biggest fan of the Darth Vader/black widow spider-like design on the grill, but I like the larger 20” tires and the combination blackout and silver petal rims. The membership into Lexus Enform would be a cool feature if I could figure out how to register my car—there appears to be more than one app. Overall, it’s a great car for someone like me who commutes two hours a day, hauls kids and family around, and makes weekly trips to the mountains. I just wish I had my old RX’s chair back. :)

Typical excellence of the RX 350 SUVs

After 11 years with my previous RX 350 it was nice to see all the upgrades my previous model did not have, the screen, rearview camera, blind spot warning, lane warning, auto park lock, so many more safety features. Slight problem with the navigation system recognizing commands, especially addresses, still learning the use of it after 7 months.

Superb Features and Performance

This vehicle provides a superb array of features, comfort, and performance, and is likely the best in its class. Beyond that, the quality and dependability of vehicles made by Lexus are unmatched in the industry.

The worst suv I had !!!! 2018 RX 350

I bought this RX 350 2018 , in October 2018 and it has 2,000 miles on it ! We don’t like to drive it because we get to upset diving it , because you give it gas going up in speed and it’s bogs down and you let off the gas doing the same thing acting like it’s sick..!! We took it where we bought it at Northlake Lexus in Charlotte NC and they took it for a drive and they said they could not find anything wrong . I don’t know what we are going to do .. This is 4th Lexus we have owned and we loved them all but this one WE HATE !!!

Wonderful vehicle. This is our fifth purchase.

This car really delivers on appearance, performance and value. I wish it offered a bit more muscle when compaired to a few others in it's class.

Much better than my 2013 RX350 !

Bought the Executive package and don’t regret it a second. Safety features like 360 cameras, Radar cruise, lane departure, Emergency collision braking are really excellent. The pano roof is beautiful, not to mention the fantastic Mark Levinson sound system! We use it to beat insane Canadian winter storms and to tow our 16 ft camper during summer. Super smooth and quiet, plenty of power. However keep in mind it is a SUV. For speedy and sporty rides I use my Tesla S ...-) Luxury and build quality is second to none. Looking for my 3rd RX in a couple years!

The most luxurious, comfortable car I’ve owned

This car has plenty of room & has more safety features & comfort qualities than I could have ever dreamed would be on a car. The drive even on the freeway is exceptionally quiet. One very rainy evening I was totally lost on the road. I clicked on mobile assistant & a live person came on the channel and assisted me in finding my destination. I am so pleased that I now own this car!

This is my third RX owned. Outstanding vehicle, extremely reliable, very comfortable and has the pickup needed for highway driving. Also has great gas mileage.
