2017 Lincoln MKC consumer reviews

This SUV has had a problem since our first 3 months of driving it. The left front was loose, rattling, when driving. Steering just didn't feel right. Dealership took in to check and determined that the STRUTS were defective (in a less than 6 mo old vehicle!) and they replaced them. The vehicle still does not, never has, drive /ride better. We complained constantly and take it to dealership. They refuse to agree that anythingbis wrong, have been horrible to deal with. We will NEVER own another Ford/Lincoln product. VERY disappointed in Ford Lincoln product.....paid a lot of money for inferior vehicle. Plus, BIG factor of feeling unsafe when driving... not good. I used to own a Lincoln Towne Car that was my favorite vehicle ever To be this disappointed in the MKC and poor service has ended our relationship. We will loudly complain to friends, family and on social media. We live in The Villages, Florida with a population of approx 130,000.......trust me, news of poor vehicles and service travels FAST!

Terrific car - until... had the car one week and ... (1)noticed a rhythmic, low level hum at highway speed - replace wheel bearing. (2) dome lights & power sunroof not working. Fuses are adjacent to each other - suggests electrical problem not solved by replacing fuses. Dealer replacing entire console (also see "3" below) (3) while driving, electric outside mirrors mysteriously retracted - further evidence of overall electrical problem. dealer replacing console. (4) Engine light periodically came on and then went off. Dealer has stated that they have had problems with this engine type before - the engine is being replaced after only 39,000 miles New console, new engine, wheel bearing - what's next? All covered by warranty tho'.

I have owned a cadilliac CTS prior to my Lincoln, and I have to say Lincoln exceeded all of my expectations. I love the car. It's safe, reliable, and modern. I especially love the shifter, the carpet lighting, and the automatic trunk.

This car has everything I need. Heated seats and stearing wheel, even heated seats in the back. Rear camera. Nav. and it drives extremely well.

I never owned a lincolin just fords, but this car is so luxurious. I feel like a million dollars driving it! The interior can be made a little better the seat is starting to rip. But i love everything else about this car!

This car meets all my expectations and needs. It does this with style and luxury that make it worth the price. Love how quiet it is.

This Car met all my needs that i was looking for, Excellent car, nice leg room at front. But lacks in legs room Behind, not enough cargo space. But ok for a family with one kid. I loved the car smoothness, the infotainment. Nice Leather heated, Mobile app, Etc

Very comfortable SUV the performance is outstanding. Love everything about this vehicle. The features are Very easy to understand. A beautiful car Inside and out.

Great luxury SUV for a great price!! Onky owned 2 weeks but I keep finding gems about this lovely SUV. I hope to drive this one quiet a few years!!!

I am very pleased with my new vehicle. I purchased it as a pre owned certified with low milage and love it. It is peppy with the 2.0L turbo engine and the AWD will be great in the Michigan winters.
