Fun car to drive

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

Excellent all-around car

I bought this car for my wife in the AWD Q4 configuration. It is very stylish and to my eye, beautiful inside and out. It has a lovely exhaust note and a subtle, appealing turbo whine to go along with it. In Sport mode, the exhaust note becomes more pronounced and the performance quite exhilarating. Handling is surprisingly good for a car of its size. The AWD system works perfectly, helping with traction especially in the wet. I would rate it equal to the BMW 5 series in all performance categories (but not the M5). As an every-day driver, it works just fine with a large trunk and well-laid out controls. The Garmin-derived navigation system is intuitive, making it easy to use. Visibility is excellent. The only problems we have had have been tires and front brakes. The OEM Pirellis stick well but do not last. I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Super Sports which were superior in every way, especially longevity. The front brake rotors warped and had to be replaced due to differentially torqued lug nuts (not Maserati's fault). The good news was that replacement was not especially expensive and a fairly easy DIY project for even an amateur mechanic.

With all the bad, still best car in Its class!

I have owed the Ghibli for a few years now. White/Cuoio (brown), all add on's (97k msrp) Pros: Sound, comfort, exclusive, power, column paddle shifters, stance, curves, front facia, quad exhaust tips, visibility, info screen, and much more. Cons: After warranty expires, part expensive, maintenance is about avg $1500 a year, insurance is a bit high compare to BMW and Benz, If not daily driver, don't buy it!, battery drains if it sits. mpg pretty crappy about 17 avg. car stance is very low, so you cant get in everywhere, be careful. It depreciates a lot, so paying 100k for it to then see it at 30k, hurts. Summary: you pay a lot more on cost of ownership, but the feeling when you drive it, is the best. And everyone looking at it enjoys it (sometimes hates it) as much as you do.

Faster, smooth, elegant car I’ve owned

I’ve been with this car for 1 month and I loved, it turns head all over the road doesn’t matter where I’m driving it, have a little over 400 hp but it’s faster than American cars with over 500+ hp

Very Fun to drive

My wife and I bought this car with the sole purpose of having fun and, it has exceeded all of our expectations. Don’t let the name scare you in regards to high service costs. You might pay 20-30% more on service vs a more common sports car but, it’s definitely worth it. Not very practical if you actually need to use the back seat. Overall great buy!

Beautiful and Fast

Well made and fast. This car is great for someone looking for something a little different. The “Neiman Marcus” edition has tons of extras. This is truly a fun car to drive.

If you have money, you won't complain.

this is an 0.1 million dollar car with Ferrari engine and the best exhaust sound. to be honest, this car requires above normal driving skill or you will ruin the car. the brembo break system is not designed for stopping it also does reducing speed. or you will end up replacing the break pad every around 20k miles or under. to save the maintenance cost per year which is around 20k dollars, you also need to use the tools with above basic skill. this car is just amazing, you always get pay attention on the street. even in Los Angeles where full of luxury cars everywhere, and it does not annoy the sounding or loud, it is more to deep and eargasm. if you are single, i highly recommended this car. if you were looking for a 50k car, don't buy Maserati, you will end up just complaining. remember, this car is in the exotic cars bracket, entry level exotic car. You should not compare something that is far a way from exotic or daily commute such as bmw or audi.

Trash in every way.

Breaks constantly . Reason why it goes from 75k msrp to 30k used 2 years old with 30k miles. Constantly in under warranty repairs and you don?t evwn get a Maserati loaner car.
