These don’t age gracefully
Infotainment / Dashboard screen cracks and very expensive to replace. Temperature gauge and A/C break and very expensive to repair. Waited several months for dealership in Lowell, MA to obtain part for repairs. Dealership can’t seem to properly diagnose and repair.

Best auto I have ever owned! And... I've owned everything from Hondas to Cadillacs! This is my 13th Mazda.. never had anything wrong with any of them!
Great value performance and styling
Love everything about this vehicle, ride, comfort, style, performance and price. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone. I can't say I couldn't find a better value than the Mazda CX-9

Mazda CX-9 is a great family hauler
By in large we like our Mazda CX 9, it’s a big useful family hauler. It has plenty of beans to accelerate and it handles and stops with authority. The fuel economy is just “okay” if truth be told 23 city and 25-27 mpg highway in fast traffic I think for the size and 4217 pound weight, isn’t unreasonable. The interior is really gorgeous and receives compliments at this price point. The navigation while usable feels a wee bit old fashioned . Apple Car Play allows you to use WAZE navigation. This is a nice car, well built stylish, and practical....we’d buy it again.
A luxury car without the luxury price tag.
This car is a luxury car without the luxury price tag. A stylish mid-size SUV with surprisingly a lot of torque. It is very comfortable to drive, and enjoyed owning this vehicle twice.
Looks pricier than it is. Great value. Smooth.
3 rows of almost luxury. Well designed. Exterior and interior. While not at the luxury level in terms of total top notch materials, , why waste your money with 10-20 k more when it’s really a sweet vehicle. Runs smooth and silent. Not the greatest acceleration, but not sluggish for a 4 cylinder. Really happy with it and always gets compliments.
Will never go back!
Traded in a 2017 Dodge Journey crossover and I will never again go back to dodge. I have owned two Mazda's (3 & 5) in the past and I completely forgot how well designed, functional and fun these are. Haven't had this much fun driving in a long time yet it is still family friendly when needed. Best purchase I have made in a long time!!!
