I love this car!

This car has exceeded all my expectations - It has been totally reliable, economical, and fun to drive. I have no doubt it will run trouble-free for many years to come. I don't want to sell it, but I'm buying a bigger Mazda!

Tight Handling, Peppy Drive, Excellent Value

Great value and great ride, highly recommend for mpg, handling, and zoom-zoom feel. A bit noisy and bumpy drive, but excellent re-sale value and low-maintenance.

A Trusted Friend

I bought my Mazda3 i GT hatchback used in 2013, and have since put on almost 100,000 miles myself. It's an awesome go-anywhere, haul-anything car, and it's never let me down. Power from the SkyActiv engine is ample, if not overwhelming, and the fuel economy is pretty impressive. Interior quality could be better, but for its class the materials are decent. Never been left stranded, and haven't made any repairs; just oil changes and tires! It was a perfect college car for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Good, But Could've Been Better

It's a good everyday car, especially for a teenager, but it's a cheaply made car. Definitely not made for road trips on the inside unless you're okay with little leg room but it works well on the road.

Mazda3!

This car is fantastic. Operates and shifts really smoothly and has excellent mpg ratings and performance. It's still a fairly compact car (good for parking purposes!) but feels roomy on the inside. Overall, comfortable with a touch of sporty.

Solid sedan for the price

After recently purchasing a used Mazda3 i Touring, it is a car I would recommend to someone looking for both a fun car to drive that also is looking for something with great gas mileage. It has great handling, and with the 6-speed auto-manual shifter, you can have more control over acceleration and speed. The interior is dominated by black, giving it a modern feel. My real world average is around 34mpg with a mix of highway and city driving. Now for the cons. It does fall in the compact category, so the back seat space is not as spacious as the larger Mazda6 (which is to be expected). The trunk is large with fold down seats for extending space; however, it is not as deep as it might appear at first. Finally, with the SkyActive transmission, there is no dipstick to check the transmission, meaning all transmission servicing will have to be done at a local Mazda dealership. In all, this is a great car for someone who wants something with both great gas mileage but doesn't want a car that takes forever to get to speed, or handles like a boat. As a side note, the hatchback variant seems runs a couple thousand more than the sedan, but I have yet to really see a point where having that extra space would really have been worth it.

Fantastic fuel saver

I've owned this car for just over 4 years and other that having to change the oil every 5000 miles I haven't had to do a thing to it. Would highly recommend this car to anyone looking.
