Great Handling, Suspension, and MPG. I can see why

I 've experienced why the Mazda 3 is constantly on Car and Driver's list of top 10 cars. Well deserved! This car handles as well as some German competitors.

I got a lemon, electrical failures

Nasty electrical failures. Replaced the infotainment computer twice with long downtime while part found. The car now sits in my garage completely dead, nothing responds, can't push it since it is locked in gear. The last straw, I am selling it with only 25000 miles. Three times it has died with no warning.

Love my car

Love love love my Mazda3 Touring. I was lucky enough to get mine in 6 speed manual and it performs beautifully. Easy to shift and so quiet I can barely tell it?s running some days. Only gripes are for what I paid for the car, I?d think the interior features would be a little more updated. It still has a basic radio, no backup camera or anything special like that. I had a 13? Nissan before my Mazda that seemed to have several more bells and whistles (but didn?t drive as nice) overall would definitely recommend, and will be trading in for a new model when my loan is paid off.

Love the styling

I've owned it for five days. Love the styling and handling. Great fuel economy. It sits a little low, so it may be hard to get in or out of for some people.

Lots of car for not a lot of money

I loved everything about this car. Plenty of pep, smooth ride, and handles like its on rails! Unfortunately I totaled it - it rolled over, but the roll bars in the roof held firm and I walked away with scratches! Immediately went out and bought another one (a 2018). I will keep buying these cars as long as they keep making them. My Audi and BMW owner friends are super impressed by it - you will be too.

Love the style. Hate Mazda Customer Care

Pros: I love the style of the car. And let's face it, I got navigation, sirius and power seats for the same price as a base Honda or Toyota. That's pretty much the end of the pros. Cons: Mazda customer care is the pits. Hope you don't have a problem, because they don't stand behind their cars. Navigation can't be set while car is in drive- they say it's a safety feature, but this means even your passenger can't input an address. You have to pull over and stop the car completely. Road noise is loud. Sounds like a window is open when it's not. Seats aren't comfortable, and pleather material is losing shape after just 2 years. Headlights aren't auto on. System will read a text, but will not allow you to speak a reply.

Best first car

This car is very stylish and comfortable. It performs well on the highway. It has a large cargo space and is good on gas too.

This car was fun to drive

Because of the hail storm in 2014, they made us an incredible deal we could not pass up. We had not even considered a Mazda 3 at all. It is a fun little car to drive, and gets great gas mileage. I'm not sure an really tall person would enjoy the seating, but for us it was perfect. The sound and hands free was an excellent feature. Also even though it was the GX version, it felt like a luxury car inside. Sporty and fresh.

Great for young and old

Always look forward to taking the next ride! As a senior now, the safety backup sensor feature alert is greatly appreciated, as are the other Mazda3 S hatchback options. Dealer said it's not a sports car. You could have fooled me! Check it out!
