Best value for money no questions!

The car is by far the best bang for your buck in this class of car. Its spacious, stylish, powerful and relatively inexpensive. The engines are extremely reliable and ive owned two mazdaspeed 3s and one mazdaspeed 6.

Great Gas Mileage and Hatchback hauls everything!

Very comfortable suspension, excellent gas mileage even with the turbo, lots of power on tap, and the hatchback hauls everything!! 98,000 and have only done brakes, and tires, oil changes. Super Reliable!

12/10

I love this car. I have wanted this car for a while and I test drove some competing cars like the Ford focus and a Subaru hatchback. Neither compare to this wonderful beast.

More smiles per miles

Always wanted to own this car - I have a pristine example of why they are so great! Its the subaru wrx/sti beater! No AWD - so what! I have limited slip front end, pulls hard, never got stuck in snow, confident driving and good on gas. Interior is fun but upscale, engine is great, why did Mazda stop producing? I would recommend this vehicle to anyone wanting a fast fun and practical car without breaking the bank!

This is one Awesome Car!

This is the best compact for the money that you can buy. They are very cheap used and can be modded to output well over 400whp, almost eliminate the torque steer, and have money left over with mostly bolt on parts. The only thing that I don't like about mine is the weak stereo system, and seats which I believe should have been all leather instead of a mix of leather and cloth. I bought mine new, have over 100k miles on her and have only had to replace the clutch which will need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear.

Average vehicle

Vehicle does not maintain it's value over time...at all. A 2013 with 65K miles and no accidents or damage is worth 4K. The street noise is loud, and stock tires are bottom-of-the-barrel junk that need to be replaced quickly. Shocks are terrible and you feel all the bumps in the road. Vehicle performance is great the first 3-4 years (warranty period) and then quickly declines. Better to go with a Honda.

Best car I've had

I loved this car and it was so reliable. I had it for 89k miles and bought it brand new. Only downside was it was tough having a car seat in the back and having the passenger sit comfortably in the front.

Great Performance Hatch

This has been an amazing car to own. I test drove a Focus ST and Golf GTI, and neither came close to the Mazdaspeed3. This car blends power, comfort, and reliability unlike any other car I have owned. Not to mention I get over 30mpg on the highway! The power is intoxicating, and I think it looks great as well. I wish Mazda would make another!
