2012 Mercedes-Benz C-Class consumer reviews

This car has been my favorite Mercedes of all. The 2012 C 4Matic has proven itself. I would buy it again and again and I would recommend it to any Mercedes enthusiast.

Have been happy with This car for most part but, my seats have been coming loose at the seam x 3 times since buying it as a special ordered car in May 2012, and recently I am experiencing a rear sub frame cracking and looking at other people, this is a common problem with a big price tag, so if you planning on buying a used one make sure to check the rear end carefully: ps the car only have 83000 miles on it,I expected more for the money I paid for such a car. Have a 2002 Kia spectra and a 2006 infiniti G35 with twice the miles and no problems with the rear sub frames bottom line unacceptable !!!!! For any Mercedes Benz owner only eight years old so if this is your best, I hate to see the worse!!!!

This car has meet my needs. It's strong and easy to maintain. The interior and exterior in perfect condition condition. Red in colour. Mileage - 122,634

Great looking, fast and amazing handling car. Best all wheel drive I've ever driven, perfect on dry, wet or snowy roads. very safe, great engineered interior, awesome sound system - all around fun and reliable car!

Owned C300 4Matic 6 cyl Sport for 7 years/97k miles. Gorgeous, clean, classic styling. Built like a tank, perfect balance of performance/comfort with summer performance tires. Unstoppable in the snow with Blizzaks. Throttle response a bit slow; paddle shifters have very slow response and are a waste. Was reasonably reliable, but ownership experience ruined by incompetence, poor customer service, and outrageous service costs at local dealership. If you own one of these, find a competent independent mechanic and do not use the dealership after warranty expiration. Probably good advice for any European luxury vehicle (similar experience with BMW 3 series).
