2012 Mercedes-Benz C-Class consumer reviews

I spent a lot of time looking for a used Mercedes Benz C-300. I recently narrowed my search down to 3 cars that I had located on Cars.com. After a smooth purchasing experience, I took the car home. Have loved every minute of driving it. The car runs great and is very comfortable to drive. I would recommend this car to anyone.

Excellent vehicle. Very reliable and comfortable. I've driven it from 12 miles to 60,000+ miles and I would purchase it all over again. I will probably buy another Mercedes-Benz in the near future.

Great styling looks good even against newer cars, especially the coupes, better than next gen C class Benz even, still turns heads. Good price to value ratio, should hold well against the price you pay, they are at a much slower part of the depreciation curve.

3 times in for window not going up. Memory switch defective. 4 times in shop for a leaking transmission. Alternator placed at kilometres. Driver?s seat stitching gone for the second time at 130000 km Very poor?

Awesome car. Great on gas, sporty, fun, and reliable. Affordable for a Mercedes and it is a great car to own. I would recommend this vehicle.

Love the car, very quick and agile car. For the most part reliable so far it has 107,000 miles and I?ve had to replace the cv axles and the front driveshaft. Biggest complaint would be the known problem Mercedes has with Their driveshaft and drivetrains over the years and it continues. But their motor and tranny are top notch.

It is very good car overall: has a good mph but engine is not that powerful, overall reliable but expensive to maintain, 4matic is really pretty good on snow but not as good as quatro on audi. I really like the look of the car!!!

I have had several cars, two of which are Mercedes. This is my second Mercedes and my next will be another Mercedes Benz as well. I do not like the other brands I have purchased as much as this one. I only take this car in for maintenance, other brands I?ve had issues with, not MB.

I had a 2008 C300 but was involved in an accident. I knew I wanted to stick with MB and it did not disappoint. The 2012 C300 is smooth and sporty and I love the simplicity of the infotainment system. My only hang up is the exterior design, which I feel is a bit boxy. MB seems to have fixed that with the 2015 model, with its sleek curves. I was given a 2018 C300 as a courtesy vehicle while I had my 2012 inspected, the ride wasn't as smooth as it seems MB has made it even sportier. I have test driven the 328I and the A4 and I believe the C300 to be the best sports sedan out there.

We simply love everything with our Mercedes. It has both, performance and rock solid dependable quality. The car is so well made, we consistently judge other cars in its class against it, and each time our C300 comes out on top, from its smooth revving dual balance shaft V6, to its flawless 4Matic traction, not to mention the incredible trunk space and best in class crumple zones, this Mercedes is an incredible value at less than half its purchased price. This car was loved and cared for like no other, and should make a great ride for its new owner.
