It really is a gteat car

Purcased car in 2005 with 98000 mi on it. engine and transmission are really a good combination of power and economy. I get 29 mpg hwy on my E320 with V6. I have 238000 mi. on it now. I'll keep it forever. Its my black beauty

Class, room, and style

I bought my 1998 e320 when it was 10 years old and had 33k original miles. This car is a $50k car and drives like a dream. It's a first class ride. If you want an overpriced throw away car, buy a Honda, Toyota, or ?. If you want a quality car that will last - buy a MB, but buy it used and pay a fraction of the cost of new- for a lot less than the forementioned cars, you will not regret it. I plan to keep this car for many years.

Most reliable car I've owned

Even better than my other car, a 1998 Mercedes wagon. Both wagons are solid cars. This one now has 165000 miles and still performs extremely well. Both are 4matic. Ican't imagine buying any other car. Much better than my former Volvo 960 wagon.

WoW

I dont know where to begin with this, simply amazing! I bought my 2000 E320 new. Last month it rolled over to 174,000 miles, so I chose to part with it. Biggest mistake ever, Every day I kick myself for selling it. I am currently looking to get another. Truly a GREAT car! Thanks MB

Great car (with a couple of asterisks)

You have to take a course to operate all the knobs. As you may know, It s expensive to maintain. $240 for an oil change. The Bose radio is way below par for this kind of car. Other than that it s truly a pleasure to drive.

I love this car!

This is the best car i ever owned. I bought it new and kept it for 10 years, more than twice as long as any other car I've owned. I will never part with it! With over 100K miles on it, it still drives like a new car.

The mistress of great cars

I bought this car in 2003 while it was still under warranty. Thank God. I was treated like a God while the car was under warranty. The first thing to go was the window motor while being serviced. The dealer finally agreed to fix it after a brief discussion. Then the digital part of the dash started to go. (Not in warranty) Watch your step, the Mercedes-Benz strip breaks off easy. My biggest complaint is you have to go to the dealer for everything. Mercedes does not want you to do anything with this car without them. On the up side, the car drives and handles like a sports car. Unfortunately, you start to count how much money you will have to spend as the miles rack up. Oh yeah, I hope their is a dealership near you.

Back in a Benz Wagon

So far, this is the best of the E class wagons that I have owned. I am on #5 and lovin' it! The ride is smooth, yet very powerful and aggressive. The classic style has aged so gracefully! I hope MB can keep up the consistency of the quality of these unique wagons. If so, then I will be looking forward to # 6 someday!

Can't beat the value for the money

Why own a tired Honda Accord or Nissan Maxima? If you can wait a little while and spend the same or less on a used E-class rather than a new car, by all means go for it. This car has been the best vehicle purchase I've ever made. If you buy this model, you soon will find out the benefits in performance, safety, and style that only a luxury brand will bring. I highly recommend an E-430 to everyone.
