I was torn between the E and S class but decided the S was a bigger car than I wanted. The E class is just the right size and the styling is the best Mercedes has ever produced. The car has world class comfort, luxury and performance. Pricier than the Japanese luxury cars but the German engineering is well worth the extra money. One ride in this amazing vehicle will make your decision very easy.

The Mercedes-Benz E350 Coupe is the best handling car I have ever owned. Want some fun, open the sun roof and head out into the country. This car hugs those winding two lane roads like some of those expensive sports cars. The paddle shifters, snug fitting seat and the low, wide footprint make this Mercedes a blast to drive.

at first when I saw the car and price I was not so crazy about it. after taking it for a test drive I love it and bought it. I must say Iam gad I did. I must say best car I have ever driven. had the BMW 530 and my wife had the G300 and I must say it is offensive to even compare them to the new Eclass.

E350 Luxury sedan is the top car in its field. Much better than Lexus, BMW, Audi, Infiniti, Cadillac, etc. Bottom line pricing is also much better when all costs are considered. The exterior and interior styling are perfect. Rides comfortably and offers most amenties without purchasing the expensive options. Performance is excellent unless you want to race or burn rubber. Only downside is the cost of maintenance. But, competitors are also high.

The E-350 I drove for three full days was loaded with hi-tech features. The Optional DISTRONIC PLUS cruise control is the greatest new feature for the morning commute since the travel coffee mug. The optional hard-drive-based navigation system is much more intuitive than the previous generation and the blue tooth system is easy to set up and automatically activates upon each entry to the vehicle. Performance in a straight line of the E-350 was adequate for 95% of Mercedes-Benz target customers and now mileage is very good too for a car of its size. Passive and active safety features abound. No one should feel unsafe in this sedan. This E-Class is a great value in the mid-size luxury sedan segment. It is the Champion of my ring.

A brand new design with zero faults. Fantastic! The E-550 seemed expensive but it's really a completely different car from the 350...it has air suspension, AMG wheels, four piston front brakes instead of one, leather, sport steering wheel with paddle shifters, etc. The driver's sport seat is terrific and the steel grey color is distinguished. My first Mercedes was a 190SL, which perfectly suited my stage of life at the time. The 550 4-Matic does that for me now. Fifty years ago the Aston Martin did 0 to 100 to 0 in thirty seconds - - a gentleman's express, it was called, I think by Sports Cars Illustrated. The 550 will do that in around 15 seconds. Kudos to Mercedes for producing this car. By the way, get the sport model, not the luxury model, if you care about performance, even if you get the E-350.

I have only had the car a short time, but it is a dream to drive and passengers seemingly love it too. All of the "toys" work nicely and are highly integrated. I do find the lack of backup sensors is a negative mark. Yes, it does have the backup camera while many lesser cars have both. If you purchase the distance monitoring system, you then have a phased array radar view all around the car and the added protection that system provides. If I ordered another one, I would have that option included. I have the P2 Package and really enjoy the adaptive bi-xenon headlights. This car rules the night!

Almost everything about this car is superb. The exterior design is just beautiful, and the interior feels far more luxury than other comparable cars (the S5, e.g.). For the price, it's a no-brainer. To get asthetics and beautiful and high-quality interior on a powerful engine with good suspension you could easily have paid a few $10-$20k more. To list some downsides to the car: perhaps the weight (it seems a bit heavy and probably hurts the 0-60 time). That however, makes it a great cruising car and feels more sure in the rain. The other is the traction control. I'm not sure what MB could do (maybe some wider/sticker tires or make it 4 matic), but often times when you really want to punch it the traction control light blinks, telling you there's not enough traction for the full power to be let out. It's kind of a downer. One can always turn it off, but when throttling it down curvy back roads, I want full power when I press the gas, but then want the computer help back when a turn comes up. The bottom line is I'm in love with it, and everyone who sees it, or better yet, rides in it, is won over immediately.

This car has it all. Smooth ride, great handling, good gas mileage (for size), solid and safe. We have the 4matic which gets you everywhere you want to go in bad weather. Car is just the right size, not to big but not small. Thinking about getting another for myself, can't get this one away from my wife, she loves it!
