Very satisfactory when new and under warranty. Costly to maintain thereafter. Parts are very expensive and so is the servicing. The car uses airmatic suspension which is exorbitant and absolutely crazy in terms of cost.

It is very nice to drive I like cruising in it listening to music it is very spacious very enjoyable when driving on road trips

I like everything about it, the styling inside and out, performance, safety features, handling, I'm sure it will be good in the snow. The stereo sounds excellent too.

Great value and awesome ride, recently updated by dealer. This 500 can really get you where you are going in style, quick, quietly or with the Bose sound system and sub woofer rocking you out.

Incredibly enjoyable to drive. Quiet even on highways. There was a lot of attention to detail put into the car. Everything is well placed and easy to use.

The car has enough legroom,good navigation system,good sound system and its good to drive on a bad road.the aircondition is very cool.head light is good

This car really met all my expectations and needs. It looks modern, it?s reliable, it drives good and fuel consumption is low enough (about 19,5/24 MPG). I like to drive my Mercedes for a long distances. Last time I drove from LA to Boise (it?s 850 miles). It was very easy trip. I stoped only to fill my tank, but I came to Boise fresh and absolutely not tired. So, I love this beautiful car. Now I need to sell my ML and my wife?s ML. We both will miss them and I?m going to buy another MLs for us ASAP.

No wonder these are so expensive when you buy them had the car for almost 4 years before any repairs were to be done excellent reliable comfort ride and interior I own the 4 matic and the 4x4 is awesome definitely a plus
