This car really met my needs such as comfortable ride, no maintenance issues, easy drive. It has a CD changer and iPhone connecter etc. It has rear AC and Audio. Premium Audio (Harman/Kardon).

I have enjoyed this vehicle for the last seven years. it has kept me and my family safe! Mercedes are good cars, would highly recommend

Made only between 2006-2012, R-class solved a specific problem for larger families. I am not of a minivan type, but wanted a decent enough car with all luxury options, safety features with great driving characteristics. R-class ticks most of the boxes among competition from these perspectives. We loved every moment of using it, great long-range cruiser -- never felt tired as a driver, passengers never complained as there is unbeatable leg room across both 2nd row and 3rd row. Storage space is limited if you're carrying 6 adults to a 2 week vacation; for that there is roof rack / storage options. If you're looking for a great family car, I highly recommend R-Class, 2007 model onwards would work. 2006 had some v1 issues that got fixed in 2007. 2010 onwards, they stopped making independent 2nd row / pilot seats, which are very important as the isle in between them allows kids to reach 3rd row without collapsing any seats; quite convenient.

This car met all of my needs for 10 years. I absolutely enjoyed owning this car. It was roomy and comfortable for my tall family. The ride was smooth and it handled very well on the road. It was a very reliable car. My regret is that they stopped making them and I could not purchase another one!

7 passenger Awd. Mercedes makes the best Suv on the planet. Rides very comfortable. Good on gas. Handles well in winter weather. Reliable with very little maintenance needed.

This is a really good car I always had repairs done on this one all change on this one in the Mercedes dealer in Walnut Creek I am moving so I need to sell this car as soon as possible.

This car was AWESOME until... Water damage and electrical issues. The back seat 3rd row powers down and you can just by a fuse instead of going to the dealer and paying a lot of $$$. Got my R-500 for 19k within 1yr, I invested 7k out of pocket. NO WAY. Besides the family couldn't fit any longer.

Owned this car for 7 years, super comfortable, there was no much work needed other than regular maintenance. Parts are expensive. The car did not hold value ( my 2 years older Lexus is valued for the same price or little higher)

Mercedes 2007 R Class wagon. Picked it up used and immediately needed a transmission $4,200. Followed by CV boots $750. Then there was the oil leak $2,600 which when not fixed properly took out the alternator $900. This is the diesel version and gets 30 MPG+ on a trip. Very comfortable to drive and very quiet for a diesel.
