Mini is overall a reliable car however if you expect to be treated well as a customer, forget it. Once I was booked in for the first service. Three times did they remind me via phone to turn up for the service. When I took the car to the dealership garage they turned me away as the car had 14k miles only and they only do after 18k. A waste of my Saturday morning. Second time I lost the key. They gave me a courtesy car for 48 hours but the key took 4 more days to arrive. So I stayed 4 more days without car as they did not extend the courtesy car. Had to cancel family trip. Poor way of treating customers!

Love my Mini! From great fuel economy to the deceptively roomy interior and a stylish exterior that still turns heads. What more could I ask for? A new Mini is the answer.

The car is fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. There built well, solid with no rattle. Doesn?t feel cheap at all.

I?ve wanted one since before they were released in America, then realized I?d never even sat in one. I was even more impressed once I got behind the wheel. It?s the most fun I?ve ever had driving and can?t wait to go places.

I bought this for my grand daughter she now has a kid that cant ride in the front seat and I'm in construction cant take tool to job in this great car and fun to drive, been on thousand mile trips and very comfortable to ride in ( I'm 6' tall plenty of room) selling for payoff

I love the sportiness of this car and the driver comfort. 2 door hardtop is not for anyone who has friends since the back seat is not comfortable for an adult over 5' 2". Suspension is rough with sport package but not unbearable. Window and door lock switches on lower center console can be annoying , wish they were on the door. Some recalls and issue with fuel pump but currently are covered under extended warranty by Mini.

While I love mine, the MINI Cooper probably isn't for everyone. This is definitely a "drivers' car". If you need a car that drives like you're sitting on the couch, look elsewhere. If you want a car that will let you do 50 MPH into a 25 MPH turn, this is your car.

I love the interior and the exterior. The shifting is real smooth and it handles great. The navy system is real nice and you can customize everything on it.

Awesome car feels like a goKart fast and nice handling. I had no problems with the car in the last three years.

I loved driving this car. I never really needed to take it in other than for your typical tire change/rotation, oil change, etc. Drove as smooth as butter & was fun and easy to whip around cities like SF.
