The best cars I have ever had were Nissans
I think the best thing about my new Cube is that the VIN number starts out with the letters JN. This means that it was made in Japan. It has a ton of room inside and the seats are very comfortable. The drive is great; it is very easy to drive and handles the turns very well.

Fantastic and super fun for the money
I purchased this car about a month ago as a way to save money and reduce my monthly payments. With the economy being what it is, this car is a great value for the money. Overall, I'm very happy I made the switch. Here's why: Like the previous 2 reviewers, I'm blown away with all the looks this car gets. From simple smiles and talking to strangers at stop lights, to camera phone shots and crowds standing around it after coming out of a store - people are crazy for the styling of this car!!! I'm thoroughly impressed with the interior styling, as well. The repetition of theme and attention to detail shows the thought put into this little car. I'm happy I went with the Krom trim level, since the cloth is upgraded on the seats. Its drivability around town is really impressive - great in-town feel. This car really feels like it was made for the urban environment. Its not the fastest off the line, but who needs it in the city?! Its perfect for fitting into tight parallel parking spots, and weaving in and out of traffic. For such a small car, you'll be amazed at how roomy it feels on the inside. The ability to slide the back seat forward has helped when I need a little extra room in the cargo area. Then slide it back, and it fits your friends. For a cost-effective car, I'm loving the quiet ride! I really can't believe how well they did with blocking out the road noise. It allows me to use the bluetooth integrated phone system quite easily. Out of all my calls, only one person has had trouble hearing me - otherwise, no complaints! I'm also liking all the money I'm saving on gas... Dislikes: Since I drive A LOT for work, I book most of miles on the highway. This is the area of greatest critique I have for the car. About the fastest the car likes to go is 80mph - since we have 75mph zones on the highways in Colorado, I wish the car had a little more guts. Steering handling diminishes a bit at high speed as well - I'm sure due to the shorter wheel base. Again, though, the smiles and waves are worth it!!! I would also like the door armrest a little higher - again not a deal-breaker. The one feature I would like to see added is all-wheel drive for the winter months. Overall - a great car for the money, and one I'll truly enjoy! Buy it and you'll be happy - or skip over it and let me enjoy all the attention to myself for awhile!

loving my cube
I purchased this vehicle 5-18-09 and I love it. I had a Nissan Altima before my cube. And my cube is so much more comfortable fun to drive. Still adjusting to the box style. The attention it gets is amazing. I have other drivers take pics of it. Everyone wants to sit in and see it. Strangers in parking lots stop to check it out. My nine yr old daughter loves the comfy backseat. With reclining and sliding back seats who wouldnt!

Great! 100% A+++++ NISSAN!
All I can say is OMG! I'm 20 years old, and my first car was a 2007 Nissan Sentra. It was a great car, so I figured I'd go with another Nissan. I was initially looking at the Altima. Then, I saw it. The Cube. I am so, so, SO happy I went with the Cube. It's just a dream. It's so quiet to drive on the inside. You can have the radio off, and drive, and you can barely hear the road noise beneath you! All of my friends think it's awesome. Of course, some of them say "It's too boxy." But they are just close minded! My neighbors have come over too and commented on it, how completely different it was from anything they have ever seen before! This car turns heads! It really, really does! Seriously, aren't you tired of driving down the road, and seeing all the cars look almost the same?! Nothing looks like the Cube. The Scion, eh... It looks quite different. Same concept, different looks. More features I like... The interior lighting, it's so awesome! I love the swing open back door, it opens kind of like a refrigerator. That helps a lot for me, loading and unloading things, like my bike, I like to exercise at a bike trail near me, but I have to drive my bike there, it fits perfectly in the Cube and I don't have to fiddle with a trunk lid. Also, it handles like you wouldn't believe. The steering wheel is so perfectly smooth to turn, it's just a dream. LOVE the CVT, no shifting, it's great. Nice, smooth ride. Parking! Now, I live in Chicago, which is notorious for it's parallel parking situations, everywhere! The Cube can handle ANY parallel parking spot! It turns so tight, and you can see out the wrap around back window so great!!! I love it for this feature a lot! Dislikes... I really do wish it could come with a sunroof, that would be a huge plus. HUGE plus! I also don't like the inside drivers side door. The armrest is really, extremely low. It's awkward because there's an armrest on the side of the seat, but it's not the same height as the armrest on the drivers door, so you either can't rest your arm, or you have to basically hang your arm out the window to be comfortable. But it's workable. That's all my dislikes. There are SOOOO many more great things about this car, I could go on for hours and hours! Anybody who buys the Cube will be happy with it.
