Great customer service

I came to Galpin Honda and bought a car with my son. I got a Honda accord, I really like the car its so reliable and good on gas. I was really happy with the help that Javier Navarro provided, that I also referred my daughter to go buy a vehicle from him too. My daughter also had a great experience with him as well, and she is happy with her new car.

Exceptional all-rounder

After 2500 miles have mostly accolades for the 2014 FWD Rogue, a great execution from Nissan. Even my wife, who previously did not enjoy driving, loves this car. Our top-line, fully loaded Rogue is easy and comfortable to drive, as stated by many other reviewers. The interior --ours has Almond leather seats-- is super-comfortable. The dashboard/instruments are ergonomically correct, and easy to operate (voice recognition lags here). We like the overall design, ease of entry/ exit, rear seat legroom, the multi-configurations of the cargo area, the controlled ride and tight turning circle. What could, improve this car? Additional HP, undoubtedly. And what about the CVT? Overall excellent. The much criticized noise it delivers seems more like a purr that is soon turned off by the ear. All in all a great family and driving car and good value at this price point.

Comfortable, great tech features

Got the SL w/Premium Package - not many of them around so didn't have much room to haggle, but still not a bad deal overall. Really like the styling, exterior & interior. Very comfortable seats, enough room to squeeze in my family of 5 + large dog. The technology is outstanding - I've yet to see a better built-in navigation system, bluetooth is reliable and super fast connecting. The mini-screen that you can see through the steering wheel is a great touch. I love the AroundView monitor, moonroof is huge, power liftgate is excellent. Now, if you read the reviews you'll know that the engine is under-powered and can be a little loud. As far as those who have said that it drowns out the radio and conversation - I wouldn't go nearly that far. Just know what you're getting into...if you're not an aggressive driver and really just care more about getting from A to B without it being 'fun to drive', then you're good. And the real world gas mileage...it is winter and I'm still breaking it in, but I'm only getting around 25-26 mpg driving fairly conservatively on the highway.

New Nissan Rogue

This is a very nice mid-size SUV. The backup camera is definitely a plus. The buttons on the steering wheel are great features to help keep your eyes straight ahead and hands on the wheel. The Bluetooth capability is phenomenal including the ability to read my texts. I have a lot more leg room than I did in my former 3-row SUV. Gas mileage is superb. I was filling my tank with $80+ twice a week and now it usually takes only $40 once a week with my Rogue. The LED lights give a great aesthetic appeal. The display on the dash and radio are excellent visuals. Trunk space and alternating shelves are wonderful. I definitely am in love with my new Rogue!

Not Your Average SUV

I love my 2nd SUV. I have the 2014 Nissan Rogue SV w/premium package. I brought a base SV model to find out that the key remote didn't have an automatic trunk release/opener on the remote. You would have to physically & manually open by pushing the handle on the rear trunk door. This is a nice size SUV, so the trunk/hatchback door is heavy and large. I'm a single mom with a little boy and the convenience of a power trunk release is worth every penny & time I spent to return the base and upgrade. I went to a Nissan dealership in Glen Burnie and they were accommodating to switch my vehicle after I called the very next morning, and then showed up on the 2nd day, but for a hefty fee on top of the premium package fee. I'm told most dealerships would have done it for nothing. At any rate I now have the vehicle that I love with the features that I can truly enjoy like the all around camera, roomy inside, and my power lift gate. Also handles very well in bad weather and excellent on gas mileage. LOVE IT!!!

Last New Car

At my age, I bet this will be my last new car. So far, I love it. It is fun to drive with lots of bells and whistles. I am learning new things about the vehicle every time I drive it and so far have not been disappointed.

Very good value.

I love my Rogue! Me and my family came down to a conclusion after test driving the Toyota Rav 4 and Honda CR-V. I bought a black SL AWD version. Best in class MPG and volume. This crossover does very well in every category in comparison in its class. It's very well executed with interior and exterior design. Interior is very comfortable with a lot of materials and design coming from Nissan's luxury brand Infiniti. I average 30 mpg with getting around 34 mpg on the freeway which is great. Very spacious inside and power delivery is excellent for a 4 cylinder. CVT is surprisingly smooth and is sporty when you need it to be. Love it has a sport mode for different gear ratios. Very versatile and useful all for just around 30,500$ for top of the line which in class is the best value you can get. The only complaints I do have is the horn sounds very puny, like it belongs in a FIAT & you'd think paying around 30,000$, they could've added a shifting mode or paddle shifters. That would've been nice. Fortunately those are 2 minor dislikes and wouldn't ever deter me away from this. So far no problems at all. Definitely a good buy !

Best Value, Ride, Drive, Available in a SUV ,

I purchased the first 2014 Rogue that came to the Nissan dealership on Abercorn in Savannah, Ga. This is the Best vehicle I have ever purchased. It gets 30+MPG, drives and rides Fantastic, looks Great, handles like a Sports Car and for what you get its a Steal. Nissan has outdone themselves, Honda, Toyota and all the rest. The Honda CRV and Toyota Rav4 are a joke compared to the 2014 Nissan Rogue. Look out Honda and Toyota, Nissan is designing some fantastic vehicles these days. And Best of all, Nissan and my Savannah Nissan dealership treat me like a King.
