First car still running like a champ
Got this car for my 16th birthday, and I'm the second owner. Only real issue was the radiator, which I was able to fix myself. The alternator gave some issues, but I disregard that as the car was 16 years old when it happened. Take care of it, and it will take care of you. GM had an interesting choice of interior styling, but- Purchased a Used car

Fun car and reliable
I bought my Sunbird as my very first car. Loved it. mine was a 5 speed, V6. Fully loaded. Car was fast, and could take a beating. Had normal ware n tare of course, but aside from the usual brake pads and shocks every so often, ran well. Not only was this car a good car, but did it with ease. And it was a looker for the year!- Purchased a Used car
