Sevice dept, in Kalkaska Mi. Ford Chrysler dealership. terrible service, sometimes I wonde \r if they acyually did the service after I took it in.

I've always liked Ford trucks the best but Ram's higher end line was nicer and a better value than Ford's higher end line. The coil rear springs make for a nicer ride and the interior is a step above Ford and Chevy.

Bought my Ram 1500 express 4x4 about 4 months ago and I am really liking it. The hemi is really nice and the truck drives smoothly and has a very quiet cabin. Now whenever I don't feel like going to work I just say, "well at least I get to drive my Ram for awhile."

First of all, a disclaimer: I've only owned this truck about 10 days. The Ram 1500 is a very nice full size truck and a great value. The 3.6 liter v6 has good acceleration, and the gas mileage is very good, 21.5mpg around town. The ride is busy, but part of that is coming from worn tires caused by improper rotation. The stereo system sounds great and has six speakers as standard equipment. The dial control for the 8 speed transmission takes a little getting used to, but works well for the ergonomics of the cab. Running boards/Nerf bars are a necessity instead of after market bling. I have a standard cab and there is more space behind the seats for storage than you might think. Over all, very pleased thus far.

The interior and look of the truck is my favorite among the major auto manufacturers. The ride is smooth and I planned on keeping this truck for years but due to continuous issues with my truck, I will be having to look into a new vehicle. After~20,000 miles. A squealing could be heard coming from the transmission after the truck had been running for 10-20 minutes. I brought my truck to a local dealership to take a look, and after spending 47 days in the shop and changing the transmission (transmissions were on backorder from Chrysler). I was informed that the issue was ongoing and now in the engine and there are only 3 engines available in the US for my model truck (2015 1500 5.7L) . other issues: Taillight went out (~1,000 miles) Seal above back window leaking (~10,000 miles) Back passenger tire blowout (~13,000 miles) Back passenger door lock went out (~17,000 miles) All electronics shut off while driving (~18000 miles) Cabin light going out (~22,000 miles) Bluetooth not working and causing beeping (23,000 miles)

owned for 6 months 6cyl big horn mileage good all the power I need don't tow any heavy loads. Ride comfort excellent.

Leased in October 2015 now have 3600 miles on truck and fuel mileage and performance are great. The big Horn Package with V6 has back up camera, good sounding radio, very good NAV system and bluetooth capability works good with Apple phone. I would trade the Hemi for those options now after driving this truck for 3 months. Never has this truck seemed under powered wether starting from dead stop or needing to accelerate to pass. Seats are very comfortable, crew cab is very quiet and has many storage spaces and room for 6 adults. This is a 4x4 and I have had this truck on both ice and snow and have been AMAZED at how well this truck handled in the 4 WD AUTO. It seems hard to believe that I have not found ANY shortcomings with this vehicle as I am a perfectionist when it comes cars and trucks.

good truck but fit and finish doesn't match price. plastic on dash still with extra flaps that should have been cleaned up at factory. metal stamped around windows not smooth but notchy. mileage fairly good, better than my 07 caddy dts. average 16 in city driving 22 hwy. 8 speed is amazing but keep in contact with dealer for updates on programing, makes a huge difference with everyone. so far decent off road and great in snow lots of room for a truck, fits 3 car seats in back with room to spare! more room than our highlander for car seats.

I have to say I love this truck. We bought a 2015 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab with towing package and it's pretty amazing. What a smart truck! When it's cold out and I remote start it the vehicle automatically defrosts the windshield, turns on my seat and steering wheel heaters!! In the summer when it's hot it will automatically put on the chilled seats. It drives very well and I'm surprised at it's turning radius. U-turns are no problems in this puppy. I can even whip it around in parking lots with no issue. I'm 5'3 and my fiance is 6'3 and we both have no issues when driving. It adjusts well to either driver and with the memory seats we just jump in. This is my daily driver and the ONLY reason I don't use this vehicle to commute (with my carpool) is I don't trust OTHER people not to hit it. Can't hit this puppy....too expensive!! LOL I recommend to all!! :D
