2016 RAM 1500 consumer reviews

I own 2, 2016 single cab ecodiesel 2x4 trucks, both are being used to commute and tow trailers that are 7000 and 9000 lbs. They both have around 80k miles. Both average 27 mpg in town and freeway combined without towing, (one gets 31 mpg on freeway). Other than a factory recall on the fuel system, there have been zero problems with these trucks. They are worth their weight in gold to me and my business and would recommend to anyone. And, no, I do not work for Dodge.

The 2016 has been a good looking truck and I have been looking at them for a long time the price and the time was great so I got one.

I like being out doors, camping, mountain biking, hiking etc. This truck meets all my needs and I should’ve gotten a pick up truck a long time ago

I love it. The interior leather, trim, dash, and center console are the best I’ve seen for the price and even better than some more expensive competitors! Exterior styling is really sharp and mean looking and the power is ALL there.

I've been towing my race car with a Dakota for the last four years, and since I've started to travel farther from home, I decided to step up to a full-size truck. The 2016 RAM 1500 Rebel has the 5.7L Hemi V8, an 8-speed transmission, a towing package, and a really nice interior that's unique to the Rebel model. Between the car and the trailer, I'm typically towing around 5,200 pounds, and with the Hemi, this truck does a great job at it. It has a factory trailer brake controller and a Tow/Haul mode that makes pulling the trailer stress-free. The seats are comfortable and with the adjustable ride height, the pneumatic suspension system is practical and comfortable. You can choose between Off-Road, Standard, Aero, and Entry/Exit heights and the rear suspension automatically levels itself when you haul things or tow a trailer. I was concerned about driving something as large as a full-size truck, but with the integrated back up camera, it's actually easier to hook up to the trailer than the Dakota was, and it even gets better mileage!

Truck runs good, handles well, and fits my needs. The Ram 1500 has plenty of storage spaces. I would definitely pay another , but I am hopping this will last me for along time.

this truck is spot on . has everything I wanted and more of what my wife wanted for me. and 20.2 MPG wow i'm use to 5 MPG. cant bet this truck.

Averaged 26.6 mpg on highway from Alabama to Pennsylvania. Comfortable ride for 13 hour trip. Guiet interior and Cold a/c. Plenty of room for luggage and golf clubs with quad cab.
