2017 RAM 2500 consumer reviews

I loved this truck when I first bought it. Not very much power but it was great looking and comfortable. As the months roll on I have had many serious recalls and the paint chips off easily as well as anything will put a dent in it. I?m now having water spots inside the rear of cab and not even going to try Ram. I?m thinking of trading her in, bad buy for a nice Laramie 4x4 sticker $68k diesel off road package, etc. Junk!!!

Really a good truck, hasn?t given me any issues. I have pulled small and large trailers with it and it has been great. The hemi is a good strong option to diesel.

I have had nothing but good things happen since I bought my 1st Ram. They are reliable, durable, sound trucks that last, and hold their value. The cummins diesel will NOT disappoint.

This vehicle is not for the faint of heart , or for daily drivers expecting 18+ mpg. This vehicle will get you from point A to B-eyond! You can pass almost everything on the road except maybe a gasoline station. Regardless this vehicle definitely delivers to it's name , Power Wagon. This is the perfect trail vehicle it's just pure awesomeness.

Absolutely love this truck, interior is comfortable and feels to be quality built. Ride is by far the best I?ve experienced in a 3/4 ton truck. I was never a huge fan of dodge before purchasing my 06 2500, and I have to say they?ve kept improving with my new 2017 Ram

Power to spare. Pull 27' travel trailer Can't tell it is there. Plenty of room Love the AC n the back seat Works great for dogs.

This is the worst truck i have ever owned. I bought this 2017 Ram 2500 Power Wagon brand new and it has been a problem since it was a month old. It has been in the shop 9 times in barely a year with the tenth time being right now. Truck slammed itself into 4 wheel drive at 65mph. Eltronic Valve Body apparently went bad and they expect me to believe it didnt do any damage to the tranny or transfer case... Sure it didn't. I have been a Ram over for 13 years and this is the worst product I have ever seen them bring to market. Not to mention the paint chips off if you look at it the wrong way. I have filed a lemon law claim on the vehice at this point. Dealership is doing nothing to prove to me that there is no additional damage. For a $50+K truck this is ridiculous!!!!

This is by far the best truck I have ever owned. The power of the 5.7 liter Hemi combined with the modern stylings of the Ram truck make a great combination!

I purchased this Heavy Duty vehicle as I am planning on performing numerous home improvement projects over the coming years that will require the payload and towing capability of a Heavy Duty pickup truck. The vehicle was purchased with minimal options for the purpose of keeping the cost manageable, but is very comfortable and enjoyable to drive. I am looking forward to testing the capabilities of this vehicle in the coming years.
