This truck is a beast. 1000 lb/ft of torque. If you can't tow it with this leave it at home. 12.3 LCD screen makes GPS and digital controls easy to use.

Don't use this dealer for repair work!! My 2 week old truck broke down driving through town and it has been sitting for 17 days. Unfortunately this was the nearest dealer. Numerous calls to Chrysler and very little progress. Also, don't call after 4:40 pm to the service department, they won't pick up the phone....and you can't leave a voice mail, it just loops you back into their auto message system. I hope the management team and ownership revisit their customer service, you need an overhaul!

Extremely rugged, very comfortable, currently economical to operate. This steel body RAM replaced a 2016 aluminum frame F150 that burned up from a generator fire.

So far, its only been driven 80 miles, but its gorgeous and a beast - the first time I haven't needed aftermarket gear, for the most part! Love the Power Wagon!

Great truck and has the power I need to pull my camper. Lots of room inside to and very comfortable. This truck was set up as heavy duty and it still rides great.

This is the first Ram, and the first diesel vehicle, ever. We were pleasantly surprised at the lack of noise, the smooth ride as well as how quiet it is. The interior is comfy with adequate leg room for the driver, just a little less for the passenger. The bells and whistles are practical and fun, with much ti learn. Many extras that are nice, Ram boxes, step up to cargo area, great lighting and handles to hold while climbing in.

I waited several years for this new model and I’m extremely pleased so far, I get stopped by people on the street every day including other ram owners that wish they had the new model. Good job Fiat and RAM

This is the first Ram 2500 with a Turbo Diesel that I have owned. You can't even tell that it is a diesel engine. It is so quiet and so powerful. The Ram I got is the Limited with all the bells and whistles. The running boards are automatic, the trailer mirrors are power, even the convex mirror. The 12 inch screen on the Navigation is great, it shows everything and has about everything you wanted in a touch screen. The ride is so comfortable, you don't realize how fast you are going. It is like the Cadillac of trucks
