Overall a great truck

Backup camera stopped working and radio has a glitch while under warranty! Took truck in to the dealer and they reflashed the computer but that did not fix the issue. Returned with the truck and they would not fix the issue because there was supposed to be a new computer update coming. The dealer did say I could pay my $200 deductible and I could use my extended warranty. Not sure if its the dealer or the factory. I do know when you pay 60k for a truck a little customer service should come with it.

Needs little to be total badass

Good truck overall,But! Front brakes calipers squeak alot, gas mileage was horrible at FIRST, BUT its getting better and better the more miles it get on with(yeah), needs the 110 plug to be sideways(to accommodate all plugs used, needs another cig lighter power point in the console next the USB insert point(like my Ford I traded in).

Pretty nice truck

We shopped hard for a truck. It was between the Chevy LTZ Duramax dually and the Ram Mega cab Cummins Laramie dually. I don't think you can go wrong either way. We opted for the Ram because of the short box. In my opinion you can't go wrong with the Cummins. I like that it came equipped with the gooseneck prep. package, this is a nice option. A B&W hitch is 650 installed, the Ram ball and safety hooks are only 200. The additional option on the truck was 300. So, saved 150 on the deal. The interior is good not great, more leather and less plastic would really enhance the truck. The bucket seats are not as comfortable as the Chevy, after 3 hours I'm ready to get out and stretch. The Alpine sound system is a good stock system, of course never as good as after market. Hooking up your smartphone to the on board system is easy, no need to pay the extra 300 for navigation. It is easily accessible from your phone. This truck has a Aisin transmission which I wanted for towing, it is very different from the 68rfe and takes a little getting use to. If you are not planning on pulling heavy loads I would go with the 68rfe because it is a bit smoother and cheaper to service. Either way, change the transmission fluid and filter when recommended, it will save you money big time down the road. Also, unless you plan to pull a lot, go for the 3.42 rear end gearing. The 4.10 really kicks you back in the seat but fuel mileage suffers. This is my 3rd Dodge truck. They are awesome until.... about 60,000. Plan to put about 1500 to 2000 a year into them as they creep up in mileage. However, the repair cost are much cheaper then either Chevy or Ford. Last two things, get the extended warranty in my opinion it will pay for itself. And, shop, shop, shop, if you by at the end of a model year the dealerships are more motivated to deal. We saved 12000.

It's a beast!!!

I've owned my 18 Ram 3500 DRW Limited for about 2 months. I pull a 43 ' Heartland RW 415 with it. Honestly can't even feel it on the truck. This truck is a dream. Hope I'll be ready for a new one again in 10 years.....

Great truck for the money

Truck pulls good for a gas motor (6.4) and the auto leveling suspension is a great option. Truck is getting 14mpg on the highway. ..not bad for a 1 ton truck

Excellent truck for towing my fifth wheel trailer

This truck meets all of my needs and exceeds my expectations while towing my fifth wheel RV. I have owned a one vehicle made by all of the big 3 automakers and this is by far the best.

Simply the best truck for Tall men

I sold my 2019 F350 after two weeks of the horrible seats hurting my back . If your a tall person Ram is the right truck . The visibility & ride are superior to the competitors, along with much more power and better handling .
